Cannot activate code bought via Coinsbee — no support, no refund
I bought a Swype Mastercard code through Coinsbee. The code was delivered, but it is impossible to activate.
I contacted Swype support multiple times. They only send the same automated replies about “temporary technical issues” and never actually resolve the problem. No activation, no usable card, and no refund.
The service is completely unresponsive. Money is stuck with no way to use the card and no help from support.
Extremely poor experience. Be very careful before buying any Swype cards.

Big SCAM
Big SCAM! Product never worked and they never responded to my email
It's been days and it is still down…
It's been days and it is still down without any communications. I emailed customer service and it's been three days and no response!! How is it that the system is still down when it's been more than four days?! It's shouldn't be more than 24hours seriously.
Edit: it's been weeks. They are a scam!
It's been 4 days since nothing works…
It's been 4 days since nothing works and support just keeps sending us the same message over and over.
Just don't
Just don’t. They keep declining my card even though I have money on it. I don’t care if your partner server is down that’s not my problem. My problem is that I have money available, but I can’t use it.
EXIT SCAM ALERT
The worst ever service. They clearly have a hidden minimum balance policy, even with sufficient funds one of my cards got declined repeatedly and I was charged a "card declined fee" until the balance reached 0$.
Moreover, recently, their partners' servers were apparently down so I can't make any transaction.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
UPDATE: It's been about a week since their service is "down" all cards are being declined. BEWARE
I wish I could give this company a zero…
I wish I could give this company a zero rating. I activated my card, but when I tried making a payment, it declined. When I checked my balance, I was deducted a “declination fee.” Since then, I’ve been unable to use my card because it simply won’t charge. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any financial institution. I’ve never bothered with reviews before, but this is pure robbery. I won’t want anyone else to go through this. Please don’t get scammed by this company.
I purchased 3 vouchers for swype cards…

This place is a joke
This place is a joke , I am trying to send my girlfriend some school money for our daughter in the Dominican Republic, and these jokers sell me a bogus ass Visa card that still isn't cashed 2 days later , I am going to western union trust me these folks are not worth your time. the contact info requires you have an email address from somewhere other than gmail or iCloud WTF?
I'd use 0/5 if it was an option!
every negative review here is on point!
0 stars please! I just wished I saw this before I redeemed a company reward as a 'swype global mastercard' that can be used anywhere MC is accepted. I redeemed USD200 because I wanted to get something from AliExpress that was just under USD190. So I added my card to PayPal but it got rejected for some reason, and I was charged ~USD3. No big deal, I thought, although I was annoyed. The support guys said can't use digital wallet, although on the FAQ they say yes, can add to wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay. So I add my card to Apple Pay. But when I tried to pay there was an error that it exceeds the limit! So I find out that I was trying to pay exactly 96% of the remaining balance! When I looked at the transactions on the dashboard, it said 'suspicious transaction'. BUT I WAS THE ONE TRYING TO USE THE CARD!!!! And worse now is that they again charged me 'decline fees'! What a scam! What now? You will just eat up the remaining balance with fees and charges and I cannot use my money anywhere?
update: I got a response from support that the limit was 95% of the balance. But their FAQ states 96%! I was within 95% yet it said I was over threshold. Now after more fees I don't have enough balance for what I was intending to use this card for. And what's silly is that they say you can use the full balance, but the transaction must be 96% (or 95%)...how would that work?
further update: i was able to make a successful transaction by doing a few things that is not something anyone would normally do.
1. estimate how much of your balance is 90%, instead of 95%.
2.expect other hidden fees that's around USD5 on top of what you are purchasing.
So overall, the main scam here is that swype has all these 'fees and policies' structured so they can collect them before even a customer is able to use the product, as well as other fees applied when actually purchasing, that counts toward the ridiculous 95% of the balance limit. Basically, don't expect to maximize your gift card balance. This is a huge scam since redeeming a card I already had to pay 8% 'handling fee', then various 'reversal fees' and purchase fees. For the USD200 card, I paid USD216 yet was only able to use ~USD180.
Yet another victim is reporting or…
Yet another victim is reporting or sharing his experience. However rest assured, FBI has been informered regarding the matter and will take contact, for more information if necessary. I got my 3 thousand dollar prepaid card cancelled, upon contacting support they spent almost three moths on stilling and presenting one contract paragraf after another. While they should just have reissued me my card. They claimed KYC check to be necessary this time as well, however do not Trust this company anymore and have contacted FBI for support and assistanse. Encourage others to do the same at tips dot FBI dot com especially the Americans, the amount does not matter, you have rights. It worse for us non-americans. Stop wasting time with support, they just waste time without helping.
This isn't a business. It's a scam
I was issued a $50 card. Before I could spend a cent, "maintenance charges" quietly took it to $44.99. When the card didn't work, I got a week of support agents citing policy sections at me, one of whom agreed in writing that a technical defect shouldn't penalize the customer and then refused to act on it.
To get a replacement, they required a government ID and a facial selfie through a KYC vendor. For a $50 card. I complied. The reissued card then declined twice on first use, and the reason given was a "95% balance policy" that appears nowhere in their own Service Agreement. I read the whole thing. They invented a rule to justify the decline, and by their own fee schedule, every decline earns them a fee against your balance.
That's the model: skim the balance with maintenance fees, manufacture declines, charge for each one, and let what's left bleed to zero so the account closes with the remainder in their pocket. I also sent a formal data deletion request and got no response.
If you're considering one of these cards, don't. You will not extract your money, and you will hand over your identity documents trying. Read the other reviews here. Same story, different name every time.
Had a $45 gift card that I tried to use…
Had a $45 gift card that I tried to use on Amazon. Every transaction got declined (and I got charged a fee for those). It was $2 so I was ok with cutting my loses as long as I was able to use the rest of the balance. However, when I spoke to costumer service they said it’s because I can only make purchases of 95% of my balance.
I kept asking Hermes, the agent where that is stated in their website and he kept ignoring me and trying to encourage me to keep trying using the card, which I did not want to do as I would just keep getting charged extra fees for declined payments
I clearly wouldn’t not have gotten a gift card with a 5.1% fee, that would be crazy. 0.1% per transaction doesn’t sound too bad, until you realize they charge you for failed attempts and intentionally set it up for your transactions to fail.
If you buy their cards, know that there’s a hidden 5% fee that they are NOT transparent about and their costumer service won’t help you
I blindly trusted the company that had it listed as an option, it wasn’t till I saw most of their reviews were 1/5 that I saw this is a scam

Stolen money and blocked card
I had a company card and not only did my card got blocked without me being able to unblock it but I have money being taken away from the amount. On top of that, there is a refund that never got into the account and even thought the refund company told me it was initiated and finalized, we have no way of seeing where it is. I’m talking about 250€ and there is basically not customer service. Stay away from these cards

Save you money or crypto from being…
Save you money or crypto from being stolen. I bought several 999$ prepaid card when I sold my crypto currency. All seemed well, till I wanted to use the cards, all of them were deactivated. Upon contacting Reloadly support, I was informed that due to inactivity all the cards have expired. However, there was no prior warning before the cards was marked as deactivated or expired. I was pointer to the terms and conditions, found in the portal. However, terms found there were newly updated.
Had several mail exchange with Reloadly support team, however they never reactivated my cards. They Sent me a Persona link, ment to identity myself with government issued ID. However, even that did not help, and they stop responding after receiving the ID, as there was no more reasons to hold back my money.
I have been sending email for the last 4 weeks, not getting any progress with the matter. So, unless you have an urge to get your money stuck in a black hole, try rather using other service providers. These are not trustwurthy nor sincere.

Fraduent company looted me for three…
Fraduent company looted me for three thousand dollars by changing terms without any prenotification and by freezing my card. Upon contact they did not respond to the emails. First by creating a support ticket they responded, with some standard text, blaming me for misinterpreting terms and agreeing to forfeit my funds upon inactivity. However, the card was regularly been debited for maintenance fee the entire time. After a long dialog with support, it resulted in nothing except they asking to go into some persona site to upload and verify my identity by using passport or driving licence. However, upon doing even that, they claim that also that information has expired and process needs to be redone. Actually just another excuse to spend more time tiring out me, and hindering me getting access to my funds...
The mail correspondence with the scammers has been as bellow

Several mails no response on card expiry
Hello, Idress,
Thank you for reaching out.
The expiry notification you received is expected and aligns with the Swype terms and conditions agreed to at activation.
Swype cards are issued with a defined validity period, and once this period has passed, the card is automatically marked as expired.
As defined in our Terms of Service (available to you through you Swype Dashboard), upon expiration, all unused funds associated with the card shall be forfeited and permanently unavaible to the card holder. This information is clearly outlined in our Terms of Service as follows:
Card Expiration: Unless otherwise specified in the Cardholder Agreement, Cards shall be valid for a period of up to three (3) years and shall expire ninety (90) days after the last activity , whichever occurs first. Upon expiration, all unused funds associated with the Card shall be forfeited and permanently unavailable to the Cardholder.
We appreciate your understanding, and we’re here if you need anything further.
Regards,
Nicolás
My response was:
This is not correct, the terms and conditions stated 6 months i.e 180 days. These terms and Conditional have been updated afterwards and without me being informed. Anyways, please provide a solution and reactivate my card. There is no notices under the dashbord that informere me about the terms being changed or updated. I cannot be held responsible for Reloadly not informing me upfront of changing terms and conditions. Please resolve the issue as asap, I have been replyong to the mail again and again. I cannot bear a loss of such big extent.
Many thanks.
Response from Reloadly:
Hello, Idress,
Thank you for your feedback.
Our Service Agreement has always been accessible via the Swype dashboard. The agreement clearly outlines the 90-day threshold, and it specifies that updates to its content may not be communicated.
These are the terms that we communicated and you agreed when the account was activated.
Regards,
Nicolás
My response:
As I stated previously, these were not the terms when I accepted the terms. These have been updated afterwards. Hence we have a dispute, where being a service Provider you are making a claims without any proper proof. If you were a tenant, and got evicted prior to any prenotice would you have accepted that? I guess no one would have. You cannot state that these were the terms of the contract, without providing a proper warning of eviction. Please refund my money, and reactivate the card as you are not providing a free Gmail service, where you can update terms at your own convinience and to your favour.
Reloadely scam continues:
I appreciate your perspective on this matter. However, it's important to highlight that the Service Agreement permits these kinds of changes, as stated in the third paragraph:
"Swype reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time as it seems fit, and your continued use of the Website and Services will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these Terms."
Additionally, we have alwyas included a clear date indicating when each version of the agreement was last updated.
Regards,
Nicolás
At last they claimed KYC with passport, which resulted again in new excuses from swype.cards

Rip of Merchants
They are thief's. If your in Australia avoid them and look for better alternatives. Purchased online and instead of it being charged at the AUS dollar fee of 110 (example) it was charged at 110US dollars. Them to cap it off they then for a card with total value of 999 is only has a little under 300 left after only one purchase of 110 dollars. Don't trust them they are dishonest and crooks.
Check your emails I have raised a ticked and I got a lovely message back that read.
