Left my car with the bodyshop for some paintwork and had it returned the same day. Extremely smooth process. The department as a whole was outstanding, keeping me informed and managing expectations. Craig was first class. Polite, efficient and went that extra mile. Excellent service. Well done team!

Excellent Customer Service
My recent decision to look for a new car was met with very mixed experiences across a number of dealers and manufacturers.
However, the moment we set foot in Sytner Nottingham Audi we were made to feel welcome and at home. Particular credit needs to be given to Cameron Watson who was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. Even when the original car I had set out to purchase turned out to have been sold by someone else, Cameron and Hannah went the extra mile to track down another vehicle to the right specification.
Cameron dealt with everything in a professional yet friendly manner and I would not hesitate to return in the future. Car buying as it should be!

Booking in system not great, can never get through on the phone.
Car took longer then originally told, dash cam was moved and disconnected and not told, good job I never had an accident
No video health check of car sent / carried and no paperwork to show that this was completed
