Overall experience was ok but was very disappointed that the car was meant to be delivered to my house on Wednesday 31/08 by 7pm. I had to go to work at 8.30pm as car still hadn’t arrived and it turned up at 9.05 pm in the dark and I wasn’t going to accept it in the dark. I think there’s too much pressure put on salesman, why would he be asked to still deliver a car after 9 in the dark unless agreed?

Check your tyres
Saless staff were great but rather upset that I did not have the 4new tyres I was promised. Found this out when I went on my first long journey and the tyre gave out on the motorway

I am super happy with the service I received at sytner mini. The staff were super friendly & answered any questions I had about my new car & explained all new features on the car & set up my apple play in the car.

Great customer service
We bought an approved used MINI. Customer service from Dior Amar was wonderful. From receiving a personalised video, flexibility in the appointments, clarity on the finance options. Very happy with the car and the customer service

Julie Anne dealt with my purchase which I done in jan 2022 but didn’t collect until June 2022 and she was amazing couldn’t of asked for someone better she was always happy to help and always just a phone call or email away. Harvey done my hand over who again was equally as fantastic this is my second mini from sytner and Harvey has been amazing both times. Thank you both for your brilliant customer service and all your help will defiantly be back in the future

I purchased my BMW M6 from Sytner Harold Wood on the 30th April 2022 and it went back to them for warranty work only a matter of days later. One, being a rattle/vibration from the steering area which I’m not convinced is fixed or has even been looked at. Secondly, removing excess wrap from the car as it was wrapped when they advertised the car but I wanted it removed and they did a very poor job with this, leaving excess wrap in tight areas. This was also not completed in the couple weeks my car was with them. Thirdly, they replaced the carbon front splitter which is great but upon receiving my car back today (24th May 2022) the front left corner has been heavily damaged whilst it was in their hands. Lastly, when my car went for warranty work I took it to where I take all my previous BMW’s which is dick.lovett Swindon as they couldn’t carry out the work which is why it went back to where I purchased the car (Sytner Harold Wood). The car was ready to be moved from dick.lovett Swindon on the 9th and they collected on the 13th !!! And Instead of getting it transported to them from Swindon they took it upon themselves to drive it all the way to them which is more miles than I have even done in the car myself during my ownership, instead of even asking for my permission or arranging transport. Not forgetting them supplying and fitting a non genuine wonky M6 badge for the boot.
Upon purchasing the car and the whole process leading up to it they were nothing but helpful. However, the after sales experience is appalling! I had to chase and I was kept updated, all and all just a horrible experience.
There has been numerous amounts of lies from Harold’s Wood and from my experience I’d never use them again as I am now left with things I’ll have to pay for and replace myself.
They let me without loan car from the 18th until today the 24th!!!
Received the car back and my front splitter it is damaged 😡
I will make the proper review from day one until today, after I heard back from bmw head office uk

Awful service poor communication
Awful service almost took 3 months to get my car after they mislaid V5 Sent wrong paperwork to DVLA Poor communication had to chase continually wouldn’t buy from them ever again or recommend them
