A huge personal thank you to Sytner Harold Wood Mini, especially Harvey Page. Harvey has set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Harvey was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. I wasn’t rushed instead he helped me design my new car to the exact specification I required. It could not have been more seamless, and Harvey made the process very pleasant.

His attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! The staff generally were all polite, friendly and more importantly they make the customer feel listened to. The dealership was trustworthy, with quick and clear communication both in email and in person. The final price was just as negotiated, with no last minute surprises.

My car arrived on time and it looks fantastic. My father recommended this dealership and I will also be recommending them. Thank you so much Harvey, you were exceptional.

Despite there being a delay from order to delivery of our new mini I understand that this was beyond the control of Sytner's. We received a weekly update from Phil and was very impressed with his service

Went to look at a car advertised on web site. Couldn’t find it anywhere? Very helpful sales exec found us one online at another location. It was arranged to bring it to Harold wood with us paying the deposit. After arrival we were sent a video with advice how perfect condition it was. Arranged to pay and collect vehicle and on collecting after we inspected we found 2 dents and 6/7 poor attempts at covering up paint damage which we would not accept. It was agreed by your sales exec to arrange repairs. This didn’t make us totally happy as we had wasted our time,our daughters time driving us to collect along with the waste of fuel for 50 mile round trip. Finally collected car 1 week later which had also incurred 1 week of insurance cover. On collecting the car we paid the balance and we’re also charged £24 extra for fuel,unbelievable. On arrival home we noticed that the drivers door was making a bad noise on opening and shutting. On checking I found that one of hinges was loose and arranged the tightening myself. I just wondered what pre-delivery inspection was carried out by Sytner?

The service was excellent from start to finish

I was kept up to date regularly on the progress of my order and was treated with courtesy and consideration at all times. Philip Wallington ensured all my queries about the car and its functioning were fully answered. I was particularly impressed by the allocation of a number plate incorporating most of my surname!

A special thank you to the staff at Harold wood, especially Dior who was so patient with me as I had no clue on what I wanted.
Her customer service was excellent and went way beyond.

Contact by e mail and telephone was excellent. Friendly helpful staff and useful information provided. Really good at sorting a prompt delivery of an in stock vehicle to suit my needs. Excellent partcexchange pricing. Let down by poor pre-delivery preparation, no screen wash , wax and dirt on a door that had been life shined ! Tyres and alloy wheels messy with excessive tyre black slime and grit in the mix. Sales staff excellent and prompt delivery by very careful delivery person. An excess of papers to sign!

Picked up my new Mini last week. Very pleased and had a lovely helpful sales rep all the way through the purchase.

I bought my Mini without any problems and was treated with respect by the staff, which is very important to me as a young lady especially.
The options were clearly explained so that I fully understood the obligations of the purchase and the details of the finance process too. The transfer of my personal plate was explained and was easy to do via DVLA as well and was on my new car from the point of collection.
I am grateful to Phil in Mini sales for the time he spent with me and how he listened to my needs and wishes throughout the process, thank you.
