Nikki and Christiana are invaluable to the team
Nikki and Christiana in the service team know how to get the job done that's all I can say. From a terrible experience with the sales team, they sorted all of our concerns, took back the car to be detailed and (actually) coated with guardx all within 24 hours - with smiles on the faces and great banter! Couldn't be more grateful that they turned a month of stress into a moment to finally celebrate my partners new car.

I very professional and enjoyable experience. The initial representative was well informed, engaging, courteous and humerous. The administration process was good. My ony slight gripe is that there was less than alitre of diesel in the car when i received it.

I have bought vehicles from here a number of times in the past and have always had a great experience with the sales side of the team.
I had a few issues with my latest purchase and was struggling to get the service side to help me.
This is where Nicola Litchfield stepped in.
The matter was treated with urgency and in a very professional but friendly manner.
All the issues were resolved very quickly and I was kept well informed of the progress along the way.
I was so impressed that I went to meet her to say thank you in person and to put a face to the phone calls and emails.
Nicola, thank you once again for stepping in and providing a level of service that well exceeds what I was experiencing prior to your involvement, and what I was expecting.
