I have been buying from TK for some years now and never been let down.

Be careful ordering from this company. They knowingly sent me a damaged item in the hope that I would just accept it and keep it. They said it had been damaged while in stock. When I asked to return the item they said that I would have to pay the return shipping, again hoping I would just give up and keep it. I contacted PayPal who said that they cannot make the seller pay for the return shipping. This seller knows this and uses it to take advantage of customers.

Please be advised that if you order from this company they will most likely send you junk and then expect you to pay for its return and you will loose money.

I’ve ordered product from their website shipping to Romania. Even though the product came nicely they overcharged 4 times( 29£instead of 7.5£) more than the actual shipping was. When I sent them email about overcharging and if they have any refund policy for this, guess what?? Never got any reply.

So if you’re in UK then go and buy from there shop, if outside UK be careful you probably won’t get any post sale feedback from them.

Cannot speak highly enough about Tactical Kit. The range of gear that they have is vast, the pricing is hugely competitive and their customer service (take a bow Ian) and delivery are phenomenal.
When a recent order I placed was found to be out of stock, Ian contacted me and offered me a more expensive version of the product for the same price, offering next day delivery as well. Bear in mind that the delay would only have been two days in total. Some companies would take that long to tell you your product wasn't available.
Truly great service from a great company, and one that I will use many more times.

I am not often impressed with the customer service of businesses, but Ian at Tactical Kit surpassed my expectations and is a shining example of how customer service should be.

I had a missing part from my order (no fault of Tactical Kit, and was direct from the manufacturer) and Ian sent out a replacement part immediately and at no additional cost.

I am really happy with my purchase and will use TK again in future due to my positive experience with them.

Honestly I’m 100 percent ordering from this company again as of now they’ve had absolutely brilliant customer service and even corrected my error with a phone call I can see myself using this company constantly now for my tactical needs and I will be sure to leave more positive review

I’ve used tactical kit for many years, they’ve got a great range of products and delivery is always quick. I rarely go anywhere else for my tactical gear.

Lightning fast postage and awesome customer service. After years of irresponsible purchasing I've still yet to have a problem with TK, and they still keep stocking the stuff I want.

Summary, will leave you satisfied, but will also get you in trouble with the other half.

Highly recommended for any and everyone who needs gear in the UK/EU.

Made an order around 11pm on Sept 1st and the item was delivered early midday on Sept 3rd. Having the option to use PayPal gave me a better peace of mind using this site and I would definetely reccomend this shop. Item came careful packaging and was well packed. I'm very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be using this shop again!

Bought a few bits from Tactical Kit over the last couple of years. Fast and reliable service- good quality kit.

Ordered a product via the website, waited for delivery expecting it to take longer due to Covid. Item did not arrive, contacted company and they instructed I await the appropriate amount of time for delivery, no issues with this. Still no item arrived, contacted the company again to be given tracking info stating that it had been delivered, checked with neigjbours and around the outside of the building to ensure it had not be left outside, no luck. Contacted the company again, let them know I was going to chat with the post man to see if he knew anything about it, again no luck. Contacted the company yet again to be told that as it is recorded as delivered they will not be replacing the item that I have paid for and that they will raise a case with Royal mail and that I should do the same. Highlighted to them my thoughts on their customer service and have yet received no reply back. I understand that if it is lost in the mail then it is out of their control but as a customer that has paid I expect the product, if they use a tracking service then the item will be insured against loss, this insurance claim is for the company to make and not for me to chase up with a delivery company.

First class service, prompt reply to emails (even on a Sunday). Good prices on their Eotech sights when compared to other websites.

Super quick delivery and quality product. I ordered some altama boots at around 3pm and the arrived the next day.

.I ordered 1 somehow got 5 and was out of town for several weeks . When i tried to return they said i waited too long. I also expected to get batteries and chargers for all units but just got 2. When i inquired they said I would need to but the other 3. One email solved this. they did agree to ship me 3 batteries and chargers at no cost. So at this point I am somewhat satisfied.

I placed an order with them at about 16:00 on Tuesday and paid for next day delivery knowing that i'd missed the deadline for delivery on the Wednesday but still wanting my item as soon as possible. It slipped my mind that the item i had ordered was age restricted and that they would need to verify this so come Wednesday morning i received an email asking for me to send a copy of my driving licence to prove my age. As well as this i received a phone call to bring this to my attention from Ian who seemed very concerned that we get it sorted as quickly as possible so that they could make the next day delivery deadline.

It is refreshing to find a company that takes this level of dedication towards their customers rather than just assuming the email would be enough. We got it all sorted and the item turned up as promised the next day and is exactly what i wanted.

I love companies that go the extra mile to give good customer service and this one certainly did that as well as providing the item i required in perfect condition and at a remarkably competitive price.

I will definitely be shopping with them again soon.

Whether it is giving advice over the phone or via email they are incredibly helpful. The delivery times are very fast. Can't recommend them enough.

I spent ages searching for a very specific bag I wanted, and Tactical-kit was the only UK supplier I came across. Originally it was out of stock on the website, so I enquired when it will be back in stock. I received a reply within half an hour, and was notified that the staff had searched the warehouse and found a single one available for purchase. I made further enquiries about the product, and each reply I got was within a few minutes of each other. Very pleased with the fast and very helpful feedback (may I mention again that they searched the warehouse for it, instead of just giving me a "sorry no out of stock" like some other suppliers would), I placed my order, and recieved it 2 days later (only chose basic delivery). Great customer service!!

Apart from ordering, the site is fast, very clean looking and easy to navigate, with brown fonts overlayed on a dark background, very easy on the eyes and keeping that tactical theme without going overboard, plus no crappy Flash animations to chug the site down or crash your browser. Everything is categorized with detailed descriptions to ensure you know what you are getting. They sell a wide variety of stuff, from clothing, hiking gear, bags, lasers and optical sights, eye wear, plus many many more!

Overall, very pleased with the fast communication and the fact they put some effort into checking whether the product was really out of stock. Would highly recommend it as your one stop shop for tactical goods.

On an extra note, like the reviewer below posted, stay clear from Nightgear: dodgy folk they are, don't be fooled by their flashy discounts and offers.

They got some really good bargains from time to time and it is nothing like nightgear scam meant to lure you over.

Definitely quality retailer with proper standards.

So far only ordered 5.11 stuff from them but I have hunch all their products are of good quality.

I recommend Tactical-kit to all.
