The suggestion that this is a “scam” is incorrect.

The plan is advertised as providing unlimited calls and SMS, and the meaning of “Unlimited” is expressly addressed in the applicable terms. The plan terms clearly state:

“Please refer to our Acceptable Usage Policy for our definition of the word ‘Unlimited’.”

The applicable Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) then sets an acceptable usage limit of 3,000 minutes and 3,000 SMS for the unlimited service.

These limits are therefore not hidden, nor do they mean that customers are being provided with a different service from the one advertised. They are the applicable usage conditions governing the use of the unlimited service and form part of the terms applicable to the plan.

The plan terms specifically direct customers to the AUP to understand what “Unlimited” means. The AUP is available on our website and forms part of the terms agreed when the plan is purchased.

Accordingly, describing the service as a “scam” or claiming that the 3,000-minute and 3,000-SMS limits are concealed is not an accurate representation of the applicable terms.

We would encourage customers to review the complete plan terms and applicable Acceptable Usage Policy before making allegations about the service, rather than relying on the word “Unlimited” in isolation. The relevant conditions are clearly incorporated into the terms governing the plan.
