Dreadful company failed to ship orders gave poor excuse asked to refund due to non delivery said will refund that never arrived like the order then out of the blue they tell me they decided to post the order even after i requested refund

Have bought from Tanner Trading a couple of times. Never had an issue ..very easy from start to finish and good communication from order to delivery . I don’t think they use Evri either which is always a bonus.

The products received where of very good quality, I would have given 5 stars but I thought from time off ordering to receiving my first email about delivery was a little slow. This was my first time ordering from Tanner Trading, I would order from them again.

I placed an order and paid for delivery to arrive in 2-3 days because I didn't receive anything after 7 days I cancelled the order and got my money back, I just wasted time and two chickens died, I will never buy from them again I don't recommend it

Good fitting miniature Shetland rug. Delivery was really quick, on time as advised and kept informed.

Ordered a water drinker and a feeder for our new little flock of bantams, they arrived beautifully packaged and bang on time. Amazing value( I have actually seen both items elsewhere for a heck of a lot more money!) and they’re perfect for the job, and even better is that they are made from recycled plastic 👌🏻

Ive already left a phew reviews but had to leave one more. I had ordered a ram harness for my ram and a phew over bits said was In stock paid for 2-3 day delivery usally they deliver on time and usally have everything but this time they had everything except the harness and they said they will be dispatching at the end of the week but I required the harness sooner so when I emailed they were very helpfull I emailed for a refund for the harness and I got it straight away then they emailed me saying they can do a weekend delivery to get the harness to me when I needed and I agreed I got fully refund on delivery and the hole experience was amazing and they never dail to deliver highly recommend jever had a problem

Ordered a solar panel which arrived quickly and appears to be good quality. Not yet tested.

After Royal Mail misplacing the 1st energizer they sent a replacement straight away, very good service and great energizer!
