Great company and journey. Gave me updates leading up to journey of which company I could expect to see and which driver. My only slight complaint would be that I requested 2 car seats that didn't come with journey, but maybe this was my fault for not double checking day before when they rang that the car seats were booked. Other than that great company and easy to use
