The tax agent got everything wrong, i had to do their job and fix it but that forced a 30 day delay, then they wouldnt even own that mistake and didn't reply at all. Ended up still taking two hundred dollars as if they did their job. They are a scam, never use this service.

These people are thieves. They did my refund and deposited $200 they same day and promised to give the rest of my tax return once ATO released the funds. I received my notice of tax assessment a few days later and amount of $865 was refund. I looked in my Bank Account only to see $135 deposited. Tax Refund On Spot could you please clarify what happened to the rest of my money. I phoned them and also sent an email but no avail. Apparently am not the only one but so many other people have be Scammed by them. I will post evidence of this on all your social media. Please people be careful with these guys they are Scams.

What a bunch of scammers they are wouldnt ever give your information to them he tried to take our $6000 tax return had to drive to Sydney to get it back and now cent remove him from being an tax agent on our taxation do he tries to do our tax return every year he's on the board so they can't do nothing about him complained over 50 times what a joke

I'm on minimum wage and work one job and Tax refund on spot just took $470 from my tax return of $1,470 leaving me $980

I tried unsubscribing from their malicious mailing list, which didnt work causing me to continue receiving emails and sms from them.
This is highly illegal as its against The Spam Act 2003. I have forwarded this information to the police and other services with 3 years of proof of it happening.
From reading the other reviews as well, this place is a scam through and through. Please do not interact with them and if they keep sending you emails, please report them online. They do not deserve to continue running as a business.

This company is a complete scam my partner did his tax through this scam company not only do they only pay not even half your tax the same day they take weeks for anything else
They will feed you excuses and never the truth
They charge you a shit load for something that you can do for free your self
And they have no professionalism at all barley speak English and can never get a straight answer

Scam - they claim to know the amount of your refund without even submitting a tax return - clear scam .. please report to ATO as I have done.. they LSO ILLEGALLY REGISTER THEMSELVES AS YOUR AGENT 5 times sofar this month .. ATO has to remove and i have call ATO to advise

They are scammers who will not leave me alone! They submitted my personal TAX without my consent. They forcefully replaced my current tax agent with themselves. This has happened on two separate occasions! They will even take a fee/cut when they are not authorized to be my tax agent! Stay away from these criminals!
You can formally submit a complaint to the TAX PRACTITIONERS BOARD and the ATO.
Their company name is xact taxation pty ltd and their ABN is 49124038946.
The more of us who submit a formal complaint the better!

Warning will Robinson never ever touch this company on used them for two years prior to 2020 - 2021 tax offset of 1500 talk about a massive rip off I never got the whole amount I contacted this group as to where the rest of my refund was they said it went on fees , what fees would this be my tax return is simple , havent changed same company I worked for 13 years I dont claim any benefits no property nothing so should be an easy process since then I've taught myself to do it the following year got the tax offset so definitely someone has done something dodgy as !!!

Do not use this company because they do not get back to you in a hurry.
They use computer-generated emails that Bombard you without the answers that you.

They send you an email with press at authorise button, which I never did and when I finally blocked them I received an email saying we are processing your payment.

Even though I already had another accountants processing my tax.
She emailed me and said she was blocked to continue my return she had started.
The company disrespected my regards and processed my tax without them seeing all of my tax receipts. Or my bank details or photo ID.
