Been waiting 13 and a half months for this mob to do my tax return from last year and still not received. Also the customer service only exists if you can call them, as their chat bot and information email just refer you to call. Kinda stupid if unable to call. Not only that but after they were removed from my ato record they kept re adding themselves and changing information without aurothorisation. I would not trust them ever again. Biggest regret going through them in my entire life.

Most definitely a scam accessing and authorising legal documents without proper authorisation or identification. Streight up caught them authorising stuff and they didnt Evan properly identify me legit authorised shit then they where calling anf calling because the files wouldn't open becuade they where in the wrong formatt so just authorised official documents on my behalf without properly identifying nor Evan have my licence . Filing official complaints and proof or malpractice and fraudulent operation if they do not comply within 24hrs lucky to have a few family members as lawyers and barrister. This company needs to be shut down

It has been over 2 weeks and still no tax return! I definitely would not recommend using. Plus their fees are really high. Find another tax agent!!!

They will not stop calling you! Ive had to block 6 people because they just dont stop

Scam artists who have repeatedly logged into clients personal ATO to change contact details, have attempted on multiple occasions to change bank account details to their own.
They also deleted years worth of amendments when they realized they couldn't have funds transferred to them directly.
Misrepresented fees applicable.
Lodged multiple years returns that were not applicable.
They have been reported again and again to ATO and are under active fraud investigation.
How they are still trading is a mystery, do NOT use this company. EVER.

They took $404.80 from my tax refund but didn’t tell me clearly why. I kept asking for a breakdown or invoice, but they never gave me one. All they said was, “We gave you a one-hour refund of $175,” like that explains everything — but it doesn’t.

On their website, it says:
• Simple tax return is $132
• If your refund is under $299, the fee is $88
• If your refund is $300–$500, the fee is $110

So for my case, they should have charged me around $220, not $404. That’s a big difference!

When I called them, they were rude to me and even hung up the phone while I was still talking. They didn’t care about my questions or concerns.

Also, they went into my ATO account without asking me, changed my bank and address, and took the refund straight into their own account — even though I never gave permission this year. They only had permission last year.

Please don’t trust them. Don’t even start talking to them. They take more money than they should, don’t explain things, and treat you badly when you ask for help. I really regret using their service.

they calculated wrong the excels of the transactions that i sent them and sent me back an incradible estimation amount of tax to pay. Fees for them $250.
I call them and told them to find the mistake. It took them a while to find the mistake and when they found it they told me to pay $550 for their services!
They asked for $275 to pay in advance only for the estimation !
