This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. My vulnerable father has been left without heating for over a month. The engineers do not turn up and the customer service team are not very helpful. DO NOT USE!

I gave one star as there was no zero!!
The service is disgusting, leaving vulnerable people without heating and hot water for days a due to negligence of staff and lazy workers that come to the property.
They treat residents like animals and not human beings. It the coldest part of the year and we cannot wash for days and only have a fan heater.
Disgraceful.

I can't fault them. They've always been very pleasant and polite when I've rang them. The engineers kept to their appointments. More than satisfied.

TBrown have lied, stating that they turned up at my home, when they didn’t. This is the second time, this company have lied, I have cctv & a ring doorbell.

I would avoid this company!
I had an appointment for a annual check on my hiu system , I took the day off work and stayed in all day , around 5pm I called customer service to say no one had come yet , the lady said they can come up to 8pm and that someone was definitely coming. But no one came . I think this company do not care about their customers, a courtesy call to say no one was coming from their engineer would have been nice .
I did email Tbrown complaints and all I got was sorry and can we book another appointment!!

I really wanted to give them two and a half stars. They have provided decent service in the past, on some occasions. However, dealing with T Brown the past couple of weeks has not been the best-- misinformation, difficulty reaching them, and tonight, dealing with a rude and impatient technician. T Brown technicians need to realize that when they are explaining to someone over the phone how to do a repair, instead of them doing it, the person probably does not have the same knowledge and experience a technician would. I certainly did not appreciate some man calling me with a snappy impatient attitude. T Brown's customer service has gone downhill.

3 days now trying to call this company as my heating isnt working i pay extra for the service in my rent! 2 asthmatics in the house rooms aee damp and freezing cold going to email the head of hounslow council utterly disgusting big complaint coming your way! I would put 0 stars if I could.
This joke of a company gave me a a time slot between 1-8pm for an annual gas safety check.
I waiting in twice and I am now waiting for an 3rd time. I waiting in all day both days twice. I called up and they said the engineer attended but didn’t receive a response. They lied. They never bothered to show up. The lie went even further saying they posted a note through my door.
You cannot treat people this way. Sort it out

No heating and hot water. In a phone call yesterday from t brown they said an engineer would be with me between 10 and 2 pm.
No one showed up.
Yet when I called Enfield council they had been told by t brown that the job was completed! Lies and terrible customer service.

Useless. They have no pride in their work. They tell you 1 thing to your face then tell their company a completely different story. The office also lie saying they've tried contacting you when they havent. Absolute Joke of a company.

Have been with no heating/hot water for the last 3 weeks and constantly being told different excuses. They have said an engineer came and no one was home which is incorrect as I have even had to miss medical appointments to be at home. This has become a total joke now especially given the colder weather and also having asthma (to which is known to the company). I am terribly disappointed with the way this is being dealt with and I am in the process of taking action.

Day 17 of no heating & hot water, its like ping pong between TBrown & Peabody. Continually being fobbed off everyday with excuses and lies.
There is no accountability, my Health & Wellbeing has been compromised and no one cares. Just a number on a computer! Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, sadly its not the first time dealing with TBrown

an absolute joke of a company been without hot water and central heating for nearly 3 weeks and I'm technically autistic aswell as my nephew it should be a priority to have constant hot water etc more then two weeks to almost three weeks is becoming a stressful experience especially with the cold weather phone call after phone call visit after visit saying its gonna be fixed Tuesday then delaying it until Friday never always the same people who visit one person saids this and the other saids this cannot trust them worse ever company going why the hell is peabody employing them get rid of the stupid company I've had to suffer because of this 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I have been without heat and hot water since the 24th of November and i have a baby in the house. I called to let them know I have a L3 fault and the child engineer who came the following day had not been told that and then he proceeded to call his manager to find out what L3 meant. He was told he needed to order a part which did not come until the next week. A new engineer came and it was the wrong part ordered. The part was promised today the 1.12.22 and it still has not come. I am absolutely fuming and no one cares about the kids and the fact that the electricity is running like crazy. I don't even have the energy to cry, I will be taking further action!

Absolutely terrible. I meant to have all my radiators replaced. They’ve not turned up twice. I have not contacted me I’ve had to contact them to find out. No heating. Just left me waiting about. Person on the phone couldn’t even book the appointment. Now have to wait for them to call me.

Reported no heating and hot water on Thursday 24th November 2022 .
Was told ami wasn’t priority despite 2 children under the age of 10
With life threatening asthma and I suffer with asthma attacks in the winter months .
A TBROWN engineer was booked for Friday 25th November 2022 between 8am-2pm and nobody turned up not even a phone call or text message another 24 hours without heating and hot water this is let the first time considering on legal action against the company

Issue with radiator reported back in September now we have almost December nothing has changed
Every week have appointment cancelled cos of problem with builders today same again even if I was promised it will be done ... I don't know why my housing association is keeping contract with them

Useless. I had a so called engineer attend to adjust the hot water temperature and carry out a service on Friday. The “engineer” didn’t have a clue as to how to set the controls and spent half the time onto the technical department and the rest of the time texting and chatting with his mother on the phone. I have been left with no hot water or heating since Friday. It is now Monday and the earliest this useless cowboy outfit can attend is Tuesday. If I could have given no stars it would have been one star too many. With 110 reviews on this site and 80% of them very negative, T Brown management need to take a good look at themselves. I’ll be taking this matter to the Leader of the council.

I had a problem with my boiler and hot water for about 5 days. I reported to my housing Association and T Brown came to see the boiler and they needed to order some part. The part came and it was the wrong one. But the engineer could not leave me and my family to live in the cold. So the engineer started to phone around to see if he can get the part from other stores. Luckily he was able to get one but it was far from my address but he did not hesitate to go and collect it. Within some hours he came back with the correct part and my family were able to get our boiler back working again. I am very grateful to the engineer and the team.
