If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been without heating and hot water for 10 days after a engineer shut down my boiler saying the readings given out was 4000, rather then 200. My father is a vulnerable, disabled 70 year old, yet they do not care. I have been on the phone every day to them, they say a manager will call me back and no one calls, I have taken days off work with the promise a engineer will attend and no one comes or even calls to say they are not attending. They are an absolute joke!

I have now had my boiler turned back on by a friend, due to them ignoring me and not sending anyone out. I have emailed there customer service address with a video of the boiler being used and working again, despite the dangerous readings and YES, THEY STILL DO NOT CARE! THEY WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE BY MY FAMILY WHEN INJRY OR OTHERWISE OCCURS to us in this household. Hope there family experiences this level of service from Tbrown, one day!

They should be ashamed to work here, the managers are not managing anyone properly and mine and my familys life's are now in Serious danger and they still do not care. The rating on here of 1, is a true reflection of the level of service the public will receive from them.

Useless.

Useless.

Customer service is useless. Spend ages waiting on the phone, then when you finally get through the rude lady on the other end doesnt even let you speak! Barks "hello" then pauses, waits until I reply only to cut me off while Im giving my name and postcode!!? Ridiculous!
This is after waiting all day for a callback that never arrived.

Also they leave work unfinished, and unless you constantly chase them over it, it wont get done.

Good thing they have contracts with cheap, greedy housing associations or they would be out of business.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company has a long list of problems, starting with contractors who fail to arrive on time — or don’t show up at all. They offer ridiculous appointment windows (8am–1pm or 1pm–5pm), yet still manage to miss them, even for essential appointments such as mandatory gas safety checks. Many of us are working tenants and cannot waste entire days waiting for someone who never turns up.

Calling their office only adds to the frustration. Expect to spend 30–40 minutes on hold, only to receive no useful information, no estimated time of arrival, and no attempt to resolve the issue. The lack of communication between the office staff and the engineers is clearly a major part of the problem, and tenants are the ones paying the price for it.

In my case, multiple appointments have been rescheduled with still no successful visit. No compensation, no formal apology, and no effort to make things right.

At this point, it’s unacceptable that this company continues to hold contracts with Lambeth. Their service is unreliable, unprofessional, and shows zero respect for tenants’ time. They should be removed from the contract entirely.

Waiting 8 days for an Update - nobody calls back

I have no hot water. 
An engineer visited my flatMonday, over a week ago, said he needed a part and would call me that afternoon and let me know how long it would take to order.
Never called back.

I've called repeatedly.
If I press number 1 for a callback - there will be no callback. I've tried several times.
I've also waited in the queue several times (and it's a long wait), and been told that the appropriate team will call me back.
Nobody every calls.
I sent an email on Friday morning. No reply.
I tried the chatbot on your website on Tues. It doesn't respond either.
I've always been polite and friendly. Why do you treat people this way?

I have no idea if he was instructed or acted on his own free will

My experience with T brown was awful I am trying to figure out whether he was instructed to do that or whether he acted on his own wickedness to bust my boiler, if the worker did this wickedness on his own. How can a worker burst my boiler and left me without heating and hot water when he met me with heating and hot water in the first place!, it’s been 14 days and the company has continued to ignore because they say that I am angry 🤣how can their boss think that that’s okay? it was only a small radiator problem he attended the property for, he was swearing on the phone to someone and seemed angry himself at the person that’s why I’m wondering if someone bullied him to do this wickedness to us because that was not necessary
Who instructed him? What I am sure of he was communicating with someone on the phone and he closed my door a little bit, I thought all this was suspicious
Maybe that’s the only way how they sleep good or are able to smile when they do something wicked and dark to somebody

T Brown Do Not Resoect Tenants Human Rights

O my God why would they like going to court when they could sort out the problem guys t brown is after your accommodation that’s the reason they do what they do
I miss the old Peabody middle age workmen who looked like they prayed they were so kind and reliable. I miss those kinds of workmen who really cared about the services and respected tenants human rights. These reviews are making me suicidal the only good reviews here seems obviously fake
What a shame in first world

Worst company ever!!

Worst company ever!!

I had an appointment this morning for my boiler to be installed. I called at 09:30, as I thought if you’re doing a boiler install it should be in the morning. The guy on the other end couldn’t tell me any info, when the engineer will be coming or nothing. Then surprise surprise I receive a message saying the engineer is sick. Why could they not tell me this before??? Terrible Gas company.

Just waste my time

These people are totally incompetent.
No complaints contact number.
Just visit our home many times couldnt slove the problem took few pictures run a way.
Hounslow council should be cancel the contract with them find new company with better service.

3 days and I still cannot get a date…

3 days and I still cannot get a date change with this company. 1st day no reception on their end. 2nd day waited on the phone for an answer, left my number. NO CALL BACK. 3rd day they couldn't use the system asked to call me back. NO CALL BACK. Peabody are always changing repair/gas companies and this one is no better than the last one. Seriously!!!

My sincere APOLOGIES. Wrong company. I have no idea how it changed to yourselves. Please accept my apology and this should be deleted

Useless, meandering fools

Useless, meandering fools.

The block of flats we live in use T Brown Group as their main plumbing/engineering firm. Our problem with our hot water system started in April, and between then and June we have had multiple visits to try and amend the issue. Each time, the problem persisted. In July, we started to get desperate. One engineer came over, and claimed to have fixed it, but instead he made it worse, every time we tried to turn our hot water system on, the radiators came on instead. The problem persisted, and T Brown just swerved it each time. Weekly phone calls with them, saying they've got a parts order out, which is why it's taking so long (not true), saying that an engineer will be ringing us in the 48 hours (never received any call). In the our landlord got his trusted plumber/engineer out, and he fixed it 45 minutes...

In short – I don't know how this company still exists given their infuriating incompetence to do something the've supposedly been trained to do.

Very unhappy tenant

A nice and polite engineer completed the annual service on the combi boiler, however, later that day, the hot water started coming out of the fully open taps at a very slow rate (maybe 2 litres a minute). I reported it via email without reply, however I managed to book a repair appointment via a call. To be fair a different engineer turned up on time, yet, he was very patronising and condescending. He insisted there was nothing wrong with the hot water flow even though I explained to him what should be normal for my specific home. He even said to me "to make you happy, you have no pressure", I would have told him to leave if not for the need to have this issue resolved.Had I not been assertive, he wouldn't have even physically checked the boiler and I persuaded him to drain the system and repressurise the boiler, and low and behold, the pressure dial stayed in the red level at around 0.6. The pressure goes down even more when I turn the hot water tap on. He recommended a plumber investigate the issue, yet, the cold water mains supply is fine. Please don't send this engineer again as I have no faith in his ability to fix the problem and I don't like the way he talked to me.

Worst service provider ever

Worst service provider ever . Their contractors even left without waiting for a person to open the door. They would give only one bell and wait 2 seconds . I live in a fist floor flat and if they can do this to me then imagines about upper floor residents . I think their owner pay them for reaching to the adress , doesn’t matter if they do the job or not .

T Clowns Service Procedure

T Brown scheduled a repair for the next day between 7 am and 1 pm, but the engineer arrived at 1:30 pm. I had to leave for other appointments. I received a letter stating I must reschedule within 10 days due to no access outside the appointment time. When I contacted T Brown to complain, I was informed there is no supervisor to speak to and no complaint email address.

Telephone T Brown on an emergency with…

Telephone T Brown on an emergency with no hot water at 19.40 . Was told it will be an emergency call out but with no time limit. So I waited waited until 21.43 received a call back saying that the engineer saying it too late. Them was promise.a call in the morning at 08.00 no one has turned up and I am still without hot water. And to implicate that my electric is not going through to the meter when I just finished cooking and wash clothes therefore I had to explain what credit I have on my meter.

Issues with my hot water since Friday…

Issues with my hot water since Friday evening, raised 2 emergency call outs no one attended. The engineer lied and said I had refused access. Then came on Monday after I had to call again, arrived but didn't have the part and assured me I was first call on the Tuesday. Had to miss 2 days at work. Still not here. 5 days with no hot water and a disabled 7 year old child with cerebal palsy
