I had my boiler installed 2 days ago. Honestly I was extremely sceptical about how it would go after reading multiple reviews of bad experiences and I was quite anxious about how the install would go.
But i must say i have to give credit where credit is due. They did everything they promised they would do and more. They showed up on time, I was advised the install would run the course of 2 days but they managed to have it all completed by 4pm on the same day. The engineers that came Dave and Lorenzo were extremely professional and were doing everything in their power to ensure everything was done to a high standard. They ensured they left no mess and cleaned up after themselves. The electricians were also very friendly and friendly and were patient with me and explained how the thermostat works. Even the customer service team was responsive and they done everything they could to accommodate my requests.
A massive thank you to all the team!

Liars, messers, unprofessional, should change their name to t clowns 🤬 will be making formal complaint against this so called company and will be compensated for the stress, anxiety and inconvenience they caused me and my special needs son. Absolutely joke

I would advise anybody to think twice before letting T brown anywhere near their boiler they broke the law when they issued me with a gas safety certificate and my boiler was leaking gas this is after numerous times of me informing where operative that I could smell gas, which could have led to the death of me and my family, also the number of times where they have missed appointments by not turning up when they are supposed to left dangerous electrical wires exposed, plus numerous occasions in extremely cold weather leaving my family without heating and hot water senior management need to be held accountable lose their jobs their pensions and where criminal/negligible actions could have led to death or serious injury be locked up

T BROWN engineers are dubious, I booked an appointment twice now for a Saturday slot, on both occasions now, they said attended but said they could not gain access, I was home the liars,they put a card not through my letter box but hanging. I checked the time they said they came it was 14.15pm I got it at 14.20 because they text as well to say they attended so I quickly looked outside no where to be seen, it was 5 minute ago they said they came. I work Monday to Friday so Saturday was I deal for me.I am not waiting another Saturday. Lambeth Council can take me to court.

I've had my gas meter capped for 3 days because of 'potential carbon monoxide' poisoning even though
no leak has been found.
T Brown was meant to call me today to schedule an appointment for it but that they didn't!
These c*#ts also have failed to show up 5 TIMES to my friend's house to the point where her tenancy is at risk.
They're the most useless company in the kingdom of uselessness
T-Brown are the liars , lazy and falsified documentation. Broke and moved appliances. I will be taking these losers to court and they will pay double. This company believes that they're invincible and they are replaceable.

Very Bad service again,boiler broke down again three times this month alone,
Two engineers turned up stripped my boiler, did a full service and test, well happy this time...
I had a frightening experience involving one of this company’s vans (registration LF23 PWY) in the Springfield Road Retail Car Park, Hayes. The driver reversed out of a parking space without looking and nearly hit my car — if I hadn’t stopped in time, there would have been a collision.
To make matters worse, a woman in the passenger seat (who seemed to be his partner) started shouting and swearing at me aggressively. I was alone with my small child, and as a young woman, the whole situation felt incredibly intimidating and unsafe.
I sincerely hope the company takes this seriously and deals with it appropriately. Drivers representing a business should act responsibly, not put others in danger or make them feel threatened.

T Brown sent a cowboy out to do a gas safety check and service, he arrived early and performed a gas safety check he was here 10 minutes, After he left I noticed he had moved my Carbon Monoxide alarm as it was not on the top of my boiler after he left, I rang T Brown up to complain and was told by a lady she would email the engineer and get back to me in 24 hours still waiting 1 week later and now a service alarm it coming up on my boiler, I have had nothing but poor service from T Brown over the years I can only assume that someone is receiving a very large brown envelope for them to be used after so many complaints.
Totally incompetent cowboys.
Either don't show or don't fix the problem. I would question why they have a contract with Peabody but I'm sure they put in the lowest bid. So shame on Peabody. Had the same heating problem since 1st. Jan and it's now March. Absolutely 💯% jokers.
Had the most terrible experience today I had a loud banging on my window which startled me then loud knock on the door. I open my door and they said they were here to service. My boiler explained to the two people that I hadn’t put gas on today, so it wouldn’t be possible, I was met with hostility and lies. One of the workers were looking at my gas meter which is fine and the other one was silent but I felt the hostility. She handed me a piece of paper folded up. I went back inside open the piece of paper and she had absolutely lied , saying that I refused to sign a piece of paper the only reason I can sync that the person did this because it would be reported to my housing association that I the tenant was uncooperative which was not the case when I read the paper I immediately went outside they were sat in a car. I called over to them and they drove off Absolutely unprofessional vindictive I phoned up the company and explained is it protocol to bang on someone’s window? The person went quiet I said is it okay for someone to lie, the person went quiet , absolutely disgusting company you hire people with no respect or protocol and liars wow shocking
Awful. Had a boiler installation, left a lot of mess. The builder was the only one who cleaned up after himself. The electrician was supposed to connect the boiler but was a no-show. After contacting the office, I was told that the electrician couldn't make it because of his previous job and that he would arrive in the morning, but he did not. Now I'm told my rearranged appointment is an all day one. It was -1 last night and I have a daughter with ASD who has been negatively impacted the most. Judging by the reviews, I'm not hopeful at all. Peabody housing, what was you thinking? Totally unacceptable service.
T brown put a new radiator in, it did not work they think the problem is elsewhere. Engineer had to turn all radiators off then put them back on minus the frontroom oneeven though we asked jim has he put it back on he said yes. Turned the heating on and no heat in frontroom or dining room. was meant to come back the same day upto 20.00, guess what , no one arrived. then meant to return the following day, again no one arrived. accoring to the company an engineer arrived at 21.45 , i have a ring doorbell, guess what, again no one arrived. have now been told will be ot between 13.00-17.00 today to complete the work. Have to say Mark on customer services was very friendly and professional.
I have severe COPD and Chronis kidney disease so i really need my house to be at a certain temperature in order to stay out of hospital. This company is putting my health at risk. have explained this on the phone many times to various different operators and there response is you are on the list. Only using these as this is who Peabody have a contract with, you would think a company as large as this would be able to ensure their engineers correct their mistake and turn up to do the work when told too. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
I have no good words about T brown. They lie about attending, (Doorbell cameras see all!!) Not the first time I have experienced this either. They don't carry common fault parts, their repairs are inefficient and don't last, Their customer relations leave a lot to be desired, you get a 6 to 7 hour window meaning you generally have to just wait for them to show as they never call ahead even if you request it so that you would not have to take a day out of work and lose pay.(something a bit off there, maybe because they never intended to show up) I really don't understand how this company is still operating, their customer service is from a different era.

3 visits and the same result each time. We need to order new parts, triggers broom ring any bells???
My elderly mother and 3 siblings with adult learning disability’s have been left for a week without heating with temperatures as they have been.
On visit 1 of three they handed over 3 small electric heaters for a 4 bedroom townhouse. When you try and get a decent response as to why this is happening they hide behind parts delivery times. Obviously we are in the age where there are no parts supply companies in the UKs capital city that you can drive to. They haven’t exactly explained why it has taken 3 different ‘Engineers’ to work out why 1 boiler isn’t working.
On the upside I can make a complaint by email, useful in the current circumstances where the issue isn’t resolved. Or I can call and speak to the repairs team, but I can’t as all of their lines are busy and the customer contact team will send them a message to get in contact with me ‘normally within 24 hours’
When pushed about the awful service, and I do mean pushed, they said I could have a manager callback about my complaint, also ‘normally within 24 hours’
Basically avoid using them unless your favourite past times are:
- Waiting on hold on the phone
- Being Given the run around
- Not actually getting a boiler fixed in a timely manner
I will of course update this review whenever there is a resolution.

I have been waiting the entire day and night, repeatedly requesting an engineer to come. I have been calling every few hours to ensure the engineer's arrival. However, on multiple occasions, I have experienced situations where the engineer has too many jobs and fails to reach the next customer. Instead of rescheduling or communicating the delay, they falsely mark the visit as "no access to the building."
This has happened to me several times before, and an honest engineer previously admitted that this is a common practice.
If anything happens to me tonight due to the lack of hot water and heating—especially with a small child at home—T Brown will be held responsible.
