Great company to deal with . Pete Smith very knowledgeable. Good back up too from parts department

Most recently bought 8 machines from TC Harrisons, HTD5's, micros and 16c diggers. A few teething issues when they arrived but Alex Alcock was sure to have them rectified quickly either over the phone or having an engineer attend. Alex goes out his way to make sure we get the best JCB experience.

We bought our first JCB machines from TC Harrison JCB Lincoln in1998 and have had dozens more since, along with attachments from Alex, we’ve developed an outstanding relationship between our companies over almost 30 years and can’t recommend them highly enough

T.C Harrison hooked us up with 2 x 16C machines and they’re a great bit of kit.

Louise aka MRS JCB was fantastic throughout and couldn’t do enough to help us out and answer any question we had. Absolutely fantastic customer service and will be going back for another machine in the near future.

TC Harrison - I'll never purchase a JCB from them again!

I purchased a JCB Teletruk from this outfit in May 2018. They lied to me about the service that it didn't have, resulting in the Teletruk overheating within 5 minutes of starting it up. Eventually I had to pay Watling JCB over £500.00 to sort the issue out. TC Harrison did eventually cover the cost, but their overall service was appalling.
