Had the right parts for my job, and fast and reliable service.

The guy I spoke to went above and beyond to get my situation resolved and managed to get exactly what I needed ordered the next day. Will defiantly be using them again.

Staff were helpful in accommodating my specific needs in terms of delivery dates and also new sufficient about the products to guide me. Also specially placed the item I needed on their website where it wasn't previously, in order to allow me to order it online. They also called me back twice when they said they would - a rare experience these days. Thankyou Matt.

Fast delivery, good quality item at a good price. Friendly and helpful delivery driver.

An excellent price and very prompt delivery. Being able to telephone for help and advice is a real plus when so many companies offer no, or a very hard to find, phone number.

Excellent speedy delivery and good price on the item i was after.

Really impressed, quick response and delivery A*

Matt was very helpful when I spoke to him, and he found an alternative item for me when the one I chose wasn't available.

Very helpful lads. The order was delayed as they had to order some more pipe in and then discovered that the place they order it from was waiting to send them all their order together instead of sending them what they had so I could get my order. Anyway, they were very apologetic and got it to me as soon as they could. Would order form them again as the communication was good and the price was reasonable.

Quick delivery. Great communication. I was ordering a replacement product. Communication was essential. All arrived on time and as listed.

I purchased a hot-water cylinder. Good on-line experience, good price and rapid fulfilment. However, performance of delivery partner was poor.

Possibly one of the most professional experiences ordering large items online. From order to delivery in less than 48hrs, at a price a fraction of their competitors is quite a feat.

Good online website
Delivery next day. excellent considering the weight and bulk of the purchase, A tempest cylinder
Good communications
