The shop assistant charged an extra £10 for an "unbending" service, which surprisingly did not appear on the receipt, and no one at their head office had ever heard of,, but was apparently essential or he couldn’t fit the screen. Aside from being scammed by the shop assistant, and it taking over an hour for a 30 minute job, the repair was ok, but no better than you would get from any neon-lit kiosk or newsagents with a chip board repair desk erected at one side of the store. This place is essentially a retail outlet with the same thing, but masquerading as Texperts.

Went to the AppleStore in The Glade Bromley to get my battery replaced as my battery wasn't charging. Apple told me that if after 20 mins of trying to charge my battery the phone does not switch on then there is a bigger issue. After about 45 ins they told me there was likely an issue with the motherboard and my only option was to replace the phone. Following day I noticed TechHouse in The Glade and they told me they would run some diagnostics, try a new battery and only charge me if they get my phone working. Within 20minutes I received a message to say my repair had been completed. My phone is now working with a new battery. I paid 25.99 instead of the £40 that Apple would have charged me. Plus I have a year's guarantee and time to think about what I want to buy next in the way of a mobile. Don't trust Apple. They will just shaft you into buying a new phone

I was looking for a new phone case which would magnetically fix to the magnet support in my car for Google Maps
The shop assistant went out of his way to find perfect products for me and to fit them where necessary. I'm delighted with the solution.

Don’t use this company.
First I couldn’t hear anything when I answered calls. Now my phone keeps turning itself off.
I was better off with a cracked screen.

Looks like my third trip back to see them 😡

After a bit of back and forth I would like to say that I received a full refund and had my phone fixed.
I have to say the staff were very helpful in sorting out the problem.

My daughter was having problems with the battery on her iPhone 6s. TechHouse, High Wycombe, changed at a cost of £35 but on reviewing battery percentage on returning home we discovered it was the same as when taking the phone in. Something not right. Battery issues persisted, so we took phone back in - only to be told that the phone wasn’t the “same“ phone. Basically, staff implying we had lied and taken in another phone to the one in which they’d “changed” battery. Appalled. They hadn’t taken down IMEI number on taking in phone first time round - basics, I would have thought - so we were left arguing over whether handset was same one. Further shocked that they had that the audacity to imply that of course the customer was lying and that staff couldn’t possibly have made a mistake. We will not be using TechHouse again; their failure to log IMEI number leaves consumers vulnerable to such situations. They should review their policies, because this has left a very bad taste....

Tried contacting company on receiving their response to this feedback, and couldn't get through on any option...
