I’ve been in a couple of times now, once for a charging port issue and today for a battery change.
On both occasions the staff were genuinely nice (like actual human being nice, not weird fake plastic sales person “nice”) and extremely helpful.
The service I have received has also been excellent.
I 100% recommend the High Wycombe branch and will use them again in a heartbeat for my future phone requirements.
