A patient employee helped with choice of new phone giving helpful advice

Tech house is my go to every time my poor phone gets batters. Three screen repairs and 1 speaker fix within a year and I have received the best customer service you could every ask for every time. Debbie and Tim in the Lakeside store are absolute angels

I was looking for an iPad cover that wasn't too expensive but good quality. Strangely both Carphone Warehouse and Apple shop assistants told me that I should go to Tech House. They were absolutely right. I won't go anywhere else next time as they have got all the things I buy at reasonable prices.

Brilliant so fast

Nusreen at the Bromley store was very helpful and patient nothing was to much trouble.

Initially I purchased my phone from Techouse Bromley..but they did Not set it up correctly. When I took phone back next am, was given no support to reset it (even tho 4 staff at least in shop. Id waited over 2 hours prev day and thought it was fixed. And Confidently left it charging overnight. Not prepared to waste my Saturday trying to get them to fix it, I went to Techhouse Lakeside.. like 25 miles away. There the one guy at helm reset my A10s as soon as he was ready. He completed the job in about an hour even tho I nipped back to my car to get my old Samsung so he could do job again from scratch. So as I love my new phone and Techhouse, am telling Bromley people to go to Lakeside. Yes, of course both my old and new Samsungs are working fantastic, thanks to Jim, I think it was, or Tim. Sort out your Bromley crew, Techhouse.

The assistant in the Glades in Bromley was exceptionally helpful. Very patient and explicit. Being an older customer this was much appreciated. I also rang on returning home to clarify something, again very helpful. Would definitely recommend this store.

Helpful, friendly and efficient

This experience from the manager of your bromley branch exceeded all my expections and I am very fussy. We bought a used iphone8plus and he did all the transfer work to bring over all of the info from my existing iPhone 5 we are not very iphone literate so what he did was fantastic and we shall certainly recommend the company and especially the manager to our friends Dennis Rooke
