Not the cheapest but also far from being the dearest but they do use genuine/original parts and offer a 12 month guarantee!
I received a 10% discount voucher for visiting their website for prices which made the cost of booking in my screen replacement more competitive. I was a little concerned however when i picked my phone up as i was told they had to change the battery as well as it had burst into flames when being removed. My initial alarm at this news was tempered however when after a brief discussion the replacement charge for the battery was waived. All things considered i can't fault the job they did or the solution to a potentially rather sticky situation! Top marks. D/.

Friendly welcome
Friendly welcome, technical matters explained very well. Excellent service all round. I have used this store before, over 15 months ago, and it is great to feel the same way as before. I have recommended TechHouse to friends as the place to go for help with mobiles and will continue to do so.
