Bambu lab h2s 3d printer

I bought a bambu labs h2s from 3d Prima and I had trouble with bed leveling (or tramming) as I've learnt.
Thanks to James who was brilliant at walking through the problem very patiently and kindly.
Always replied to emails promptly and made my frustration so much easier.
All sorted now and I couldn't be happier.
Thanks James and 3d Prima.

Superb service!

I ordered a H2S combo and must say I'm extremely impressed with the service.

It was shipped as soon as it came back into stock, send on a Friday and I had it first thing Monday morning when I collected it from the depo.

Shipping to Channel Islands is always hit and miss but this was amazing!

Printer is great as well, now if I can only get the kids to finish printing rubber band guns I might get to use it as well!

Will definitely be returning to you for my next purchase.

Smooth return process, fantastic.

I purchased an Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo for a great price, free delivery next day.

The printer itself however gave me nothing but trouble, more than my Ender 3! Within a week the printer bricked itself with an error I could not factory reset from and had bed adhesion issues, clogging issues, the works.

Within a week I initiated a return with 3D Prima and they immediately sent out a collection pickup and took the unit back, and issued me a refund. No fuss, no difficulties, and no extra cost to me.

I will definitely shop with them again in the future as my experience with them has been brilliant, second to none.

Shame about the Anycubic S1 - but not the fault of 3DPrima.

I spoke to Myles throughout the majority of my return correspondence and cannot fault them for their swift and positive support.

Great company powered by Great people.

3D Prima is a UK based reseller which offers good delivery speeds a good assortment of items and a very good customer service experience (more on that later)

I wanted to buy a Prusa Core one L unit, i had a choice of 3D prima or Prusa themselves. for prusa it was a 7-8 week wait time due to poor production, 3D prima had a number of machines ready to go. Bearing in mind it was the 23rd of December when i ordered it (morning but still) the item was dispatched the same day and delivered on the 24th! so far so good.

Unpacked the device, no issues there. the issues started with a very poorly finished print sheet from prusa (looked burned from factory) so i raised a ticket with the support (on the 24th) it was responded to rapidly and they got prusa to give me a replacement in good time, during this time however the printer was showing extreme VFA's and Ghosting, i decided to contact prusa support (big mistake...) who phobbed me off after getting me to raise the belt tension to well above the specified amount of the machine, and told me to send photos and gcodes and the developer will be in contact. after waiting a week or so i was getting a little uncomfortable due to the 14day no quibble refund window of the warranty (that being said if the machine was the issue im sure there would have been no issue as 3D prima are extremely keen to help and fix the issues.) so i told 3D prima support (James) of the issue to make sure they are aware. Instantly he wanted to know what was done, what troubleshooting steps had been performed and such, wanting to keep this with prusa because they were the manufacturer i told them i would wait to see what they were going to say. 2 weeks later i got bored of waiting for prusa to reply. turned out they had no intenton of replying. during this time i was talking with James about the potential issues and together went through almost any possible cause of the issues, from alingment, bearings, tension, pullys, power supply driver issues, firmeware, speed, slicer issues, grease issues and so many more. (Prusa hadnt replied yet) i then got an email from pura stating i had three options, Send the machine for warranty repair, send it for non warrenty repair (the machine showed faults day 1 on a pre assembled unit...???) or return completely.. (this wasnt something they could decide as they are not the seller) so at that point James asked to be CC'd in so we can decide on whats happening and they can be in the loop. prusa at that point reopened its investigation (After two weeks) and told us to troubleshoot. of which we had already done all of. James and i then had a phone call and agreed that prusa had failed dramatically in customer service and quality control. going further we agreed to have this returned and refunded. I also talked about potential other printers with James and my requirements, James spent time with me going over the pros and cons of each printer including from their own experience (including telling me about potential units soon to be released that i may not have known about)

i can wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone that wants a printer that also wants a 5* customer service who actually care about you and the printer they sold.

Also a special thanks to James who spend the last 2 and a bit weeks back and forth daily messages (sometimes multiple messages!) that are very detailed and offer explanations to why they need to be done or what info they are looking for, and that the also emailed and talked to the manufacturer on my behalf. they took my suggestions seriously and my concerns and tried their very best. (unfortunately it was such a bad manufacturer error that nothing except a full ground up rebuild would have fixed it). they did also offer a replacement if i had wanted it but i instead chose to go for a Bambu printer instead.

long story short, Manufacturer unprofessional and uncaring. Reseller cared a lot about both me and the printer and tried their absolute best to help. would give more stars if possible, James is a fantastic asset to the business and probably the only reason I'm buying from it again !

I have never received such excellent customer service! These people particularly James and Sam have both helped tremendously. I am completely new to 3d printing with no knowledge other than YouTube videos, but I am confident that help is only an email away, Great work guys and many thanks

Excellent warranty service

Excellent service from James Bell in customer support on a warrant issue. The replacement part was dispatched very quickly on 24hr delivery and the problem resolved. Excellent service and highly recomended. Thank you

What an amazing company to deal with

What an amazing company to deal with. I bought a 3D Printer from them in April. Well it was time for a new hot end assembly. Not only are the team extremely knowledgeable and quick to get back to you, but I asked if there was any way they could expedite the shipping and they did. That's great customer service for you.

This meant I was able to get a customer's order out of the door over the weekend.

If you're in the market for a printer or supplies, I'd highly recommend giving 3D Prima a look.

excellent support

excellent support, raised an issue with my new printer on Friday, had it collected on Monday and by Wednesday it was back with me repaired and ready to use. I was dumb struck! I only wish this excellent service could be emulated by other UK companies! Thank you Myles and the team at 3DPrima.co.uk

They won't give up, till they've fixed your problem.

I'm 84, so I've got an excuse to have problems with all those electronics.
I had a problem after updating my Bambu Lab 1X-C, [ I bought the machine from them ]. It wouldn't work.
But the [3] experts Myles, James & Sam sorted it out for me, no problem's.

The technical expertise and very genuine support from the team, Myles, Sam and James I cannot fault, excelling and bending over backwards to genuinely want to help. If ever you need to compare quality and standards of other companies customer services you need not look to compare them to others, they all have been superb. I'd personally like to thank them all for how dedicated they truly are. 5*****'s gladly awarded to there efforts.

I very much recommend the service/staff

I very much recommend the service and staff at Technology Outlet. My 3 month old Ender 3 V3 developed a fault where it refused to successfully print the first layer and I spend a couple of months going backwards and forward via email with Creality support; taking apart my printer, reassembling it and running tests. None of that fixed the issue, so I sent it off to Technology Outlet. They quickly diagnosed the problem as the hotend having a slight movement issue during probing and fixed it with a free upgrade to boot. Throughout this, the staff at Technology Outlet were professional and friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way, arranging a fast return of the printer when the issue was resolved. Thank you to all the staff at Technology Outlet who allowed me to get printing again!

Great service and support

We bought a 3D printer for my son's engineering projects and chose 3DPrima on the strength of their great reviews and so glad we did as they have been brilliant. The printer arrived quickly and was easy to set up and perfect for what we needed. When we unfortunately had a problem with the printer after a few months of use, James, Myles and Sam were absolutely fantastic in diagnosing the problem and recommending next steps to get us back up and running. Really responsive, great communication and very knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. Would recommend 3DPrima!

They did exactly what I asked

I did exactly what they said, it got to them in two days with free delivery and insurance up to £150. Within 4 days of posting the products I got the money. What made it even better is that it was the estimated amount at the very start of the selling process not less no more.
