I ordered a Bambu Lab A1 Mini printer from Technologyoutlet.co.uk as it was a fair price with free delivery and in stock. Everywhere else I looked was either out of stock or more expensive. I did see some negative reviews on here, but most seemed positive so I thought I would chance it.

I place my order on a Friday, and deliver was quoted as free next working day by DPD, so expected it to arrive on Monday. I was very pleasantly surprised when it turned up on Saturday. Everything is in good order and working perfectly.

Really bad! Bought a creality 3d printer and is faulty but they very rude and unfriendly on the phone & won't accept anything! They asking us for video evidence but the purpose is just to delay as they never respond! Whereas on their website they say: fast response but not true! rude on the phone and wont accept returns for faulty items! Suppose to be a 2 weeks return but there is not !!! Warranty is complicated wording and they outline a lot of stuff that is not covered under the Warranty but practically rendering it useless and not keeping to warranty cover! AVOID THIS COMPANY AS IT MAY TURN INTO BIG PROBLEMS. VERY BAD BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM THEM

Quality at a great sale price. Quick delivery. I bought a Micro-Swiss hot end for a Voxelab Aquila and it works great. A reliable company. Thanks

Great price and quick delivery, had one issue with the AMS not working out of the box, spoke to James on the support team and everything was sorted and working within 15 minutes. Excellent service with no complications.

Bought a laser and ten months later I had an issue which I reported to technology outlet , Enter James , Service and support I received from James was outstanding , very accommodating and extremely Helpful , Cannot fault the after service I received from these guys , Exceptional and very Professional. Would have no hesitation in using Technology Outlet again in the future , a lot of companies could learn a lot from these guys. Top Drawer.

I am happy with recent service from you but when I recently tried to order 2 spools of filament last week I was quoted over £27 delivery to the Isle of Man. This is ridiculous and I ordered elsewhere.

The engineer dealing with my issues - very professional and knowledgeable. 1st class support and kept our communication going until resolved - follow up emails and recommendations much appreciated.

We ordered 4 (four) drums of GREY PETG filament but received 4 (four) WHITE?
Then reordered on Wednesday 16th October, as now desperate as it was holding up a job, a week later and still no delivery (supposed to be overnight), phoned twice to chase without any result, now told that we cannot cancel the order and refusing to refund payment for items not received.
Very poor service with a 'could not give a hoot' attitude.

I have just bought my second 3D printer from this company and they have been great both times.

The first one, back in 2022 came with no issues, worked out of the box. Nothing more to say. No complaints.

The second one I bought last month was a refurbished printer. This showed signs of use as expected from a second hand printer but worked great, and I could not be happier with my purchase.

To sum it all up, great company, will buy from them again :)

The company itself is ok for ordering items but I have had issues with their tech support before who just just stopped replying when I had an issue with one of the printers I purchased from them, not only that they use an American company shopify to process order payments when I first used this company I made payment which said my payment had been declined but the fund had been taken from my bank this has happened several times not only that I have tried contacting the company to remove my personal details & data as I don't like how they operate, this is impossible & extremely frustrating this puts me off ordering from Technology outlet

I purchased a MicroSwiss Flowtech hotend for my Ender 3 V3 KE, but I received the wrong item. So I bought another from them so I didn’t have to wait, even though it was their mistake that I got the wrong item…

And now three weeks later, I am still waiting for any mention of the refund for the original (wrong) item I was sent.

They are also claiming it is my fault that I haven’t received the refund yet, although they provided the return label I used and now the package appears to be lost…
