Excellent customer service from start to finish. I wanted a lightweight touring bike but didnt see a colour I liked. They walked me through the customisation process and kept me updated along the way. The bicycle and custom colour turned out even better than I imagined - its the most beautiful bike I've seen. On collection at the Brick Lane store I was welcomed by incredibly friendly staff who ensured everything was set up perfectly before I set off. It rides like a dream and I cant wait to set off on some trips.

I ordered a classic disc but had some questions.
Let me say all questions were answered above and beyond. I actually ended up speaking with Teresa, who was so much help! I got the advice I needed, went for a custom cassette on the mechanics advice and although I’ve only just received the bike, after a few rides it’s simply awesome!
So in summary…. Customer service 1st class, the bike is light as a feather, don’t believe steel is super heavy, not here,
The bike is exactly what I imagined, it looks amazing and rides like a dream.
I’m happy and can’t stop looking at it.
If you want that classic look, just buy one!

So helpful, let me test drive a bike, excellent customer service. Didn’t make us feel rushed.

A truly wonderful team, I went in with a specific build in mind with changes to the stock bicycle. I was listened to and I ended up with exactly what I wanted, a great experience from start to finish, thank you Temple Cycles.

I bought the Classic Lightweight bike from Temple as a birthday gift to my son who is a student. For a simple bike the price seemed quite steep, but the bike was light (his main requirement) and Temple promised good customer support and personal aftercare so I decided to bite the bullet.

Well, 9 months later the time has come to put those promises on test: the left pedal fell out of the crank arm without much of a warning – no wobbling or stiffness immediately before it happened. My son contacted Temple's customer service and received a reply within a couple of days. I suspect the response was generated by an AI agent, as it felt very standard and impersonal. The message was essentially: "This is entirely your fault—you must have installed the pedal incorrectly. The warranty does not cover this, but we can sell you a replacement crank arm for £20 plus shipping." He tried to appeal to their senses – they wouldn’t budge: “the best we can do is to give you a free shipment as a gesture of goodwill”.

Instead, I went to a local bike shop and bought a replacement crank arm for £15. The new one seemed to be both lighter and stronger than the original. A comment from the shop’s mechanic was telling: “Temple are cost-cutting ba**ds who sell cheap components at premium prices”.
The bike is light, runs reasonably well. Will it last? Very much doubt it. Is it overpriced? - in my opinion, absolutely.

From the minute I walked through the door staff were welcoming and helpful without being overbearing. Nothing was too much trouble. I didn’t feel rushed and the bicycles are high quality. Customer service after I bought and received my bike was first class

Highly recommend this company and the bikes.

I am enjoying the new bicycle , temple allowed me to customize it and it will become my touring summer bicycle. It is light considering it steel , simple to maintain and box it for when I travel.
Temple customer services replied promptly to question or worries , which made me reassured to be properly looked after.

I wanted to keep business local. Thankfully I did, my wife tested positive rode their ladies step through.
Delivered and she loves her bike.
Do the same keep business local, you do not need to spend on the big well known brands.
Pop into their showrooms where you will be very impressed.

Good quality, nicely fitted mud guards, would be better if kickstands have had fitted as well

I ordered this e bike after extensive research. So far I have been very pleased with the quality which is far in front of other bikes at the same price point. I will certainly have no reservation about purchasing from Temple in the future.

This is a small company producing lovely bicycles. I wanted an electric bike and loved the classic look of theirs - the reviews read well, so I took the plunge. The bike is great and I've quickly got the hang of switching gears.
Four stars not five as I was sent the wrong charger and the bike needed some adjustment so we needed telephone support and an additional tool - the support was good and the correct charger and tool sent quickly,

Some updates during build would have been good but on the whole very pleased.
