Funny little place. Funny little team. Run almost like a cult. Operating from a couple of outbuildings. Not sure if they’ll last an awful while longer.

I experienced an issue with customs charges when my order was shipped to Europe, which significantly increased the overall cost of my purchase.

I ordered the skincare products because I genuinely trust the quality of the brand and know they suit my skin perfectly. That confidence in the products is exactly why I chose to buy again. However, I was disappointed with how the delivery to Europe was handled, as the unexpected duty fees were frustrating.

That said, the TEMPLESPA team responded to my feedback promptly and handled the customs matter in a highly professional manner. What stood out most was not only their efficiency, but their genuinely respectful and human approach towards me as a customer. The issue was resolved properly, and the communication was clear and considerate throughout.

Thank you for your professionalism. I continue to use and enjoy the company’s products with pleasure.

So,I rarely,if ever,go online to write reviews,so when I do I sure have a damn good reason to do so.In this case I have a lot!a true nightmare both in terms of products and customer service.I ordered 4 products from their online store,the REPOSE Relaxing Night Cream, the Moisture to Glow moisturiser , the BE QUIET Soothing Milk Toner and last but not least the EXALT Neck Firming Cream.The products came in a sturdy parcel but the parcel was leaking and was wet,not a good sign.When opened,the milk toner was almost completely spilled,so I don't have an opinion on its quality.In a nutshell,the REPOSE night cream has a awful plasticky smell that one would expect from the dollar store and did nothing in terms of hydration or overall skin health.The Moisture to Glow moisturiser was ok,but seriously overpriced(you can get the same results for a fraction of the price at your local drugstore) and the WORST of the lot by a long shot was the EXALT
Neck Firming Cream which I admit I shouldn't have used based on appearance alone(slimey,icky thing) but I said to myself "it can't be THAT bad".Well,it was THAT bad and caused me a serious rash after just two applications and even though I have healthy,tolerant skin.When I contacted customer support they refuted everything I said by claiming "I didn't take the necessary precautions when using a new product".They also denied taking responsibility for the leaky product the sent by telling me to contact the carrier and sort it out with them.So there you have it,proceed with -extreme- caution and consider yourselves warned.There are far better beauty brands out there which offer results and don't feel like such a rip off.Have a great day y'all,hope this helps someone else!

Went to a spa day last week with my daughter where the products were Temple Spa and wow I usually use Elemis but will be replacing with Temple Spa.The range used on my face was Truffle.I purchased a gift set to try and very impressed particularly with the Truffle Elixir Serum I am 55 don't have many lines thankfully but my face is going south due to collagen loss.I have used this now for 6 days and can see and feel the difference especially around the bottom of my face and mouth where I focus ,it feels and looks firmer and my skin feels well hydrated soft with a lovely glow.Would highly recommend.The products are pricey but will last and to be honest I think I would pay anything for this serum.

I recently bought a facial experience using Temple Spa products and it has transformed my skin.
I’m always really cautious about what to use on my skin, as I used to have really bad eczema on my face and the skin barrier has taken many years to fully repair.
I used the sample products from the spa day for two weeks until they ran out and my skin was glowy, looked younger and just felt amazing. I had to go out and buy more after this; they are expensive but a little goes a long way with their products.

The products I’ve used are: in the beginning, breakfast smoothie, toning essence, moisture to glow and peace be still. I’ve also recently just bought the truffle eye cream as I decided I had to have it.
I used these two weeks before my wedding and on the photos my skin looks really good.
I would 100% recommend Temple Spa. Every day is like a mini facial!

I would to say that I received a call from temple spa apologising for missing my mail and issue resolved. They couldn’t have been more helpful, therefore felt only right I gave an update.

Really enjoyed a back & neck massage would highly recommend

Products are lovely, expensive but well worth treating your self, would not buy again because the customer service is rubbish! Emailed them with a problem I had with a product, got a reply telling me how wonderful the company is and passed back to the girl who had done the party I had attended! She also told me how wonderful the company was and although guessed which product I had the issue with! Just repeated the party line! Sad thing is if they’d done the right thing! Apology, offer of replacement or money off my next pot, I would probably have been a lifelong customer! As it is I can’t deal with people who want your hundreds of pounds but then don’t deal correctly with complaints!

Hi temple spa,
I’ve recently bought product from online and from my spa trips and wow, 5* temple spa. Where do I begin.
I mostly use the face and body oils and my skin and body has never felt better!!! . I have left a few emails asking if I could try some samples to try for my future purchases and just because i love the products and have found my self landing on hard times at the moment and had 6 months of work so can’t afford them but there my happy place and if my body is feeling cleansed and rejuvenated that’s all I need. I have emailed again but never receive a email back. Thankyou for your time reading this annemarie

I ordered a few items. I like the drift away massage/ bath oil. I like the windows of the soul eye cream a lot. The joy-full body spray is ok, but the fragrance fades quite quickly. But I paid £50 for life defence spf 50 50ml. I was just about to use it, so it is unused, but the tube is about half full. I'm not sure if it's done by weight and is 50ml but it looks as if it's not full.

I am given a Christmas present gift pack of Temple Spa products every year by a very large company who clearly buy a lot!

I love the product. It is indulgent and lovely to use. Especially the Truffle Mousse Shower Foam

However. After just a couple
Of uses the spray mechanism
Of the bottle blocked and I was unable
To use it. I contacted Temple Spa customer services as it is still 3/4 full. Their response? As it was a gift to complain to the company that gave it to me.

I was gifted a face cream product and when I was finally able to get into it it was only 1/5 full. The size of the outer pot was very misleading. Inside was a clear plastic very small pot with just a tiny bit of the cream in. Not at all value for money. I did email the company but didn’t find them helpful at all. I would not recommend them

Temple Spa are my ‘go to’ products every time and the Truffle range is especially divine. Helen Lane, my consultant gives excellent service and recommendations, she clearly loves her job! Well done Helen and Temple Spa

These products are fabulous,the packaging is stunning,the products are even more stunning,they've completely changed my skin,I'm usually spoilt for choice as to which product to order next.
Believe me I have tried lots of them.
By far the nicest products I have ever used on my face

First time using their products which were highly recommended.

Unfortunately the product I purchased (Purification deep cleansing clay mask) did not agree with me.

I sent them a message last week explaining this and asking if they could recommend another product from their range. I am still awaiting a reply.

Pretty disappointed with their customer service and lack of/slow response.

I do tend to use Companies based on the level of customer service they provide or how they deal with customers when there is a problem/issue and unfortunately their lack of response/slow response has put me off from using them again.

Update: Cannot fault their customer service following this review. They have gone above and beyond to rectify this for me… Thank you!

INCREDIBLE customer service! I put out a plea for help regarding my dry skin due to working outside with livestock and after a small sample package that I received FOR FREE, my skin smelt beautiful and already feel so so smooth! Will definitely be purchasing from this lovely brand! Definitely recommend! Thank you x

Dishonest company and employees
I really like the products however I will be finding alternative skin care now
The reason for this is the way this company operates !!!
I received a text message from rep Susan roach offering me eye truffle for £40 RRP £70 I sent her the money as she was making the orders for her customers
However after 4 weeks I still had not received this I contacted her she assured me it had been sent out to me I waited. A further 4 days
And asked her for the tracking number she made excuses then ignored a further request I looked on the website it was in stock I put 15 of these in my basket but was not buying them I contacted Temple spa head office who informed me that the product wasn’t available yet there was a waiting list for the people who had already paid !!! They also lied and said it was not in stock !!! I knew this was not tried
They informed me that they did. Not know when it would be available to myself !!!!!!!!!!!!!
So when SUSAN ROACH the sales person told me it was on the post she was clearly lying which explained why she avoided me when I asked for the tracking number
So basically temple spa don’t have any stock for people who have already paid they just prefer to take more money from other customers !!!!!
I was told from Rachel head office she was going to post me a sorry gift !! Wow she sent me 4 x 50p samples !!!!
I am absolutely disgusted in their treatment of me I have used temple spa for around 15 years but will find alternative
I strongly advise anyone to be careful handing money over to a rep as you are very likely to get ripped off
