I'm leaving this review here because I feel it's important temple spa know what a horrible interview experience I had recently with the senior bloke with the white hair. I attended an interview nearly 3 weeks ago and after prepping like the perfectionist I am I went along and sat through the most awkward, horrible interview of my life.

Firstly he walked in 10 minutes late and rather than ask me relevant questions the senior bloke with the white hair chose to ask me questions like -

Who cuts my hair?

What hair products I use?

Do I like to watch in the mirror when my hair is being cut?

What skin care products I use?

If I've ever had enough money to visit one of their spa's.

I was also chastised for having a well groomed, short beard.

They briefly touched on my employment experience but when I say briefly I mean BRIEFLY.

I pushed forward and knocked the interview out the proverbial park and was told I wouldn't hear for a while as the senior bloke with the white hair is on holiday.

Three weeks later I've heard nothing but in the meantime I went and secured another job just because they left such a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't work there now for a footballers salary.

Plus, their products aren't even that good.

I have sent three emails to Templespa asking for help with a faulty pump on my shower gel with no response at all. Not even to say they couldn't help me.

Their Customer Service is zero. Knowing this puts me off ever ordering from them again, which is a great pity. Good Customer Service is the cornerstone of a well run company.

I would highly recommend avoiding Temple spa if you need an accessible website. This is a company with brilliant values and beautiful products, but unfortunately their approach to accessibility in their web design is careless at Best and excluding at worst. I have made several complaints over the last couple of years about web accessibility, particularly for those of us using screen reader software, and nothing has ever significantly improved. The most recent Web update has made the entire website in accessible, which is quite an achievement, though not of the good kind.
I will be avoiding this brand until they resolve these accessibility issues, and would advise anyone else Using screen reader software to do likewise. It isn't particularly difficult to create and maintain an accessible website, but this seems to be something which is very low on Temple spars list of priorities, and Until they give it more attention and a tribute more importance to it, They certainly do not deserve the custom of those of us who have print disabilities.

I ordered several items, but unfortunately they didn't suit my skin. Can't fault Customer Services, who were really helpful and quickly exchanged them for me.

I recently purchased Temple Spa products through one of their lovely consultants Jeanne Khoo. The service was personal and friendly and my order arrived on time. Customer care exchanged one of the products, without any quibble because I changed my mind. The products arrived nicely packed. I am very pleased with the aromatherapy oils and sprays which smell absolutely gorgeous and luxurious.

Was introduced to Temple Spa’s products over 10 years ago, absolutely love their products, service and packaging! Not only do they ensure they stay up to date with product innovation, there’s always something new and surprising in their Christmas ranges! Not only are the products wonderful for own use, they are fabulous to give as gifts!
Would definitely recommend their product lines!

Emailed them twice ,and yet to receive an email back.Having problems trying to order from the website.

I recently wrote a 1 star review of their product on their website - breath of life. This showed up for a few hours and was then removed.
In Spas where they use their products in massage and beauty treatments Temple Spa routines require therapists to put undiluted essential oils on their hands every time you have a client. In the opinion of aromatherapists this is a highly unsafe practice. After doing this for a number of months I now have a permanent health condition which again a herbalist believes this has been a contributing factor.

Had a problem with an item in my order and contacted them on Friday morning. Sophie emailed me later that day and I had a replacement delivered on the Monday. Excellent service!

Just treated myself to some products absolutely amazing products will be buying more ❤️

Recently ordered from Temple Spa and very happy with the products. A touch of luxury without the excessive price tag.

I had to speak with customer services due to an error on the order (completely my fault) which they went above and beyond to resolve.

I received my skincare gift set on Monday and REPOSE - Aromatherapy Relaxing Night Cream was missing. I contacted Temple Spa and by Wednesday a replacement was received. Excellent customer service and products. Thank you Temple Spa.

These people are on the wrong side of history. They dismissed an employee who opposes genocide and chose to stand up to it by peacefully protesting, the employer chose to dismiss him based on false allegations rather than ask him personally about it or give him a fair trial. Absolutely heartless plus they pride themselves on being ethical hmm, I would say overlooking genocide is pretty unethical actually

I am deeply concerned about the dismissal of somebody who worked for Temple Spa until recently. The reason for this person's dismissal was that they stand up for the human rights of Palestinians, and are opposing the genocide of Palestinians.
Temple Spa calls itself an ethical company, and emphasises that its products are cruelty-free, with most of them vegan. But when it comes to the defence of human rights, they have taken a morally repugnant and hypocritical stance.

If they care so much about the environment, why are they unconcerned about the destruction of Gaza, the volume of bombs dropped, and the illegal use of chemical weapons, like phosphorus?

It is morally inconsistent. Furthermore, they have fired this employee due to the employee's ethical beliefs, during a cost of living crisis.

I will not be giving any of my money to Temple Spa, and do not recommend them, after the morally hypocritical and unacceptable stance they have taken.

I would give them 0 stars, if that were an option.

I use Temple Spa Its all good skin oil, tonic essence, Exalt neck cream and My Essence Eau de Toilette and I love them all. Beautiful texture makes my skin soft and radiant. The fresh smells are divine. Yes, expensive but they go a long way and work!

My Wife is sat in tears on New Years Eve 2023 with a very sore, red face after ‘TempleSpa Truffle 24hr skin rejuvenation cream’ removed a layer of skin.

This stuff is clearly harmful. Do not use.

Lovely products, beautifully packaged, always well wrapped for delivery. not too much waste in the packaging either

Can't fault the fantastic customer service! I had a problem with the hand wash and it was dealt with so quickly by a lovely lady called Rachel - will definitely buy from them again! Their blue, soothing eye lotion is fantastic btw.
