Food is awful
Bowling was fun,but the food is a massive let down,cheap quality ingredients and a very small amount so wouldn't recommend eating there.

The balls kept getting stuck and…
The balls kept getting stuck and wouldn’t gone back needed resetting numerous times was very frustrating as we had to change lanes toward the end

Arrived and checked in with no problem
Arrived and checked in with no problem. Lane wasn't working properly as grandson bowled on ball and came up with 3 strikes. Spoke to assistant who sorted it straight away.

Lane was ready and despite a problem…
Lane was ready and despite a problem with a lane breakdown, Martin added some time on to our hour to make up for that. Wouldn’t recommend adding pizza as it was not nice but we only had it as part of the deal.

Very very disappointed
Very very disappointed, I know it was 2 games for price of 1. However with constant problems on the lane while we were bowling it totally spoilt the experience for myself and my grandchildren. The shutters on the lane that come down after you have knocked skittles down was coming down while ball was travelling down lane. We complained 4 times 4 different people came and still it was happening. Didn’t understand why we were not put onto a different lane. The venue was no where near full.

The lanes kept having faults so we moved several times. However the staff were extremely helpful and did everything to make my daughter’s birthday enjoyable.

There’s definitely a few things that…
There’s definitely a few things that need addressing before my family & I return, firstly Separate your reception and move it as far from the bar as possible, no one wants alcohol/drunken folk by your kids whilst checking in, luckily there wasn’t much of a queue.
Secondly, find staff that genuinely care. Asking for an extra sugar for my coffee was like I’d asked him for a kidney, he gave off an aura of “ I don’t want to be here” which oozed throughout reception/bar dampening the first half of visit however my family & I moved on and had a great time bowling leaving the establishment with smiles.
The negative put aside, we are grateful of Tenpin bowling for making Sunday family bowling an affordable outing with their fantastic deals.

Had a brilliant time
Took the grandchildren we had 2 games of bowling, played pool and other games they had a brilliant time staff were really helpful and good with the kids.

To much waiting.
Booking in and bar queue all in same place not enough space or staff.
Any issues with your pins, you have to queue again before you can report it to gets fixed. Then have to wait again for staff to be free.
Bumpers will only go up if all players have them so for children it’s not good as they end up down the gutters or the adults end up playing with bumpers

Arrived early, plenty of parking, although remember to follow the exit signs around the side to get out afterwards or you might end up in Aldi again. Great entrance, clean and buzzing. Friendly helpful staff and you can pop upstairs for a quick 30 minutes of table tennis for £4 (2 tables). Lanes are good, issues fixed quickly, sign in easy and good selection of balls and grip sizes. Or just bring your own ball like the people next to us! Great atmosphere, all the ser ices you need and seating for all important snack breaks.

Good game but place needs a refurb
The whole place was untidy and not being cleared of food drinks etc
