Long queues with staff watching one person on til rather than stepping in to help out and speed things up. Little customer service and poor food. Bowling lanes good fun, arcade machines etc

The venue has no heating and was…
The venue has no heating and was absolutely freezing to play in. The staff said they'd not had heating for 3 years! There were 8 of us visiting and we all were happy to leave as soon as our 1 game was over. Had the place been more inviting we would have stayed to purchase food and drink.

We take our grandsons every few weeks after school we've been going for years! Never have any problems and they always have a great time.
