The lanes were slippery underfoot & air conditioning Didn't work as it should
The lanes were slippery underfoot before the line where you bowl the bowling ball, and the air conditioning was not working properly, which I informed the manager about this issue.

it was really fun. however i feel like the rule about being allowed up the ladder in the titanic escape room at 18 is a bit harsh and should lower it down to 16. the staff were really friendly and the escape room was puzzling but great!!

Music was loud for children with sensory issues, the seating was tired and ripped in places
Also bowling balls I struggled to fit my fingers into the balls with extra large being available only on heavier balls and large not big enough , And it’s getting expensive to just go 140 pounds for 3 games. Is a lot. Overall ok but generally like everything becoming to expensive to justify

Good fun
Good fun, easy to book. Very clean and not too costly. We opted for the package that came with food. The standard was fine, just don’t be expecting 5 Guys burgers.. in all fairness it was great value and is justified. Great family fun. Friendly staff and highly recommended.

Warped alley boards drew the ball off-centre from throws.
This brought scores down and subsequently, enjoyment of the experience.
How disappointing for my disabled son to celebrate his birthday in a place that cannot offer a good experience of the very thing it offers.

Booked online which was quick and easy
Booked online which was quick and easy, plenty of car parking in the area. Staff helpful and booked us in quickly. All very clean and tidy. Quiet when we went so nice for our two grandchildren to have a bit of space and not worry about going into other people's lanes.

Falkurk bowling was an enjoyable day for me and my 2 5year old grandchildren staff were friendly helpful toilets were clean games were good aswell grandkids lived it ...there was 1 thing i forgot to add at no time i was there did I see any notice to register my vehicle i have received a parking ticket for parking in the car park.whwn i visited the bowling with the grandkids .staff need to make customers aware of this ..iwas disgusted to open a letter to say I had £100 parking fine

Time changed at bowling alley not informed
We arrived on time to bowling our booking was 3.30pm on my email the staff told us that they had changed my booking time until 3.50pm with out even informing me .no apology.the lady behind the counter was rude and not very .i had 4 children with me .one of them being autistic who was very upset over this time change helpful.when we finally got our lane everything went well from then onwards

Karaoke brilliant. Move to card payment for arcade not so good
Booked a karaoke room for my daughter's 10th birthday and it was excellent. However, my husband spent time with my son in the arcades and was really disappointed that it's all now on card. It's supposed to be for kids after all. We don't like them using the machines really but giving them a small amount of cash(or allowing them to bring some of their own cash) that they have to manage was at least teaching them something. My husband said it was a real pain.

Poor food
The bowling was fun, the food not Good. Preordered 12” pizza, we got 3 tiny pizzas pizzas that were burnt, kids could not get their teeth in them. Waste of money
