Questa azienda non ha rispetto per i clienti aggiornano i loro software e hardware rendendo inutilizzabili le versione precedente senza comunicare ai clienti che non potra piu usare il software , se si contatta l'assitenza si capisce subito che l'operatore no sa dare risposte su quello che chiedi e fissano appuntamenti che non rispettano. sebbene il loro prodotti abbiano una buon rapporto qualita prezzo sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da loro il loro intento e vendere ma una azienda seria supporta il cliente anche dopo e loro non lo fanno

Please avoid this company at all costs.
I've ordered a item and then they asked me to pay extra 40 euros as its a tax fee from China to EU
Then i figure out it was the wrong product
I kindly asked them to change they told me its not possible but i can return it.
I returned it and I paid extra 12 euro for delivery
Ive waited a lot and after insisting in a daily basis they refunded a some missing 20 euros
so in total i have missed
20 euro tax
12 euro delivery
plus 20 euro missing from total refunded some.
Ive contacted my bank and never again with this bad experience

On the whole ive found this companys…

On the whole ive found this companys products good quality and well made. However it is let down by a few things.
A: Its main dot.com website gives the impression it is based in the USA which, in reality, is not true, its based in China.
b: Its customer service is appalling. No feedback when you place an order, ignore emails, tracking orders is a nightmare as they don't seem to have any record of your order, even tho you quote order numbers. When you do (finally) get someone to answer you are asked "where did you place the order" ?? They need to up there game on the website and customer service. I have no confidence in ordering anything....

Terrible buying experience

Terrible buying experience, on the product website it says tax included, but I had to pay import taxes + 15 euro for some tax calculation service. On every other site it warns you before buying there will be additional tax, but not on this one. If I knew it I wouldn't order because it's not worth it

Don't even bother

Don't even bother. TERRIBLE support / service.

Upon researching different NAS' options I came across this. Seems good across the sheet, spec wise. Black friday deal on amazon mentioned 20% off, but did not work for me. IM GLAD IT DID NOT WORK.

I contacted support through their website and asked about the discount, why it wasn't reflected on their own site as well. Their own site is the China warehouse, it seems.

It's been 2 hours(+) and they do not even take the effort to reply anymore, engage in chat and offer no service. Beside that, I doubt they even understand the inquiry at all.

STAY FAR away from this company. I'm so happy the discount did not work upon doing further inspection on their practices.. There are A LOT of examples online of their bad practices, leaving customers stranded, offering no support and more.

STAY FAR AWAY from this mess...

I purchased a TerraMaster NAS a week or…

I purchased a TerraMaster NAS a week or so ago. I followed meticulously their initialisation instructions but made a bad choice when making a small rather than a large storage container. I had 12TB of space with 4TB of backup using Raid 5. From the forum I was advised (and from other reviews as well) to delete the Storage space and start over with 1 large one and several volumes inside. I contacted their chat support, who took an hour to reply and then proceeded as instructed. The following day I was occupied and unable to continue but the next day I did the steps for a re-initialisation with the help from their Chat. From that point on it would not work. Now Mike on the Chat was taking longer and longer to reply. I'm sure he was multitasking and that (as he had mentioned) he was not able to answer several problems but had to contact his manager, wherever he was and later an engineer but all the advice I got was to strat over. I was on their chat for SEVEN hours. Sometimes he replied after a few minutes, sometimes an hour later. When I had my second failure at an initialisation I was still waiting for help. Then I received the message that "Terramaster's chat support is in Asia and they are now closed and will reopen in 10 hours time.!!!!!" Chat was obviously not very knowledgeable with their NASs and frankly I was not really supported at all. I have now returned the NAS for a refund and have ordered a Synology NAS - a bit more expensive but with far better recommendations. Terramaster's support was in fact hopeless and horrendously long.
