I am challenging how Thames Valley Police, Inspector Shay Harper, and PC Lee Newton used the blanket excuse of a "civil neighbour dispute" to close misconduct file and bury critical evidence. No public agency is above the law. Every independent authority who has reviewed my evidence has formally deemed this a severe course of criminal harassment and anti-social behaviour. Even though local handlers have deleted my database records, their intentions have completely failed, as external, national organisations have already formally acknowledged these actions as a crime. This matter has been escalated to my legal team, and senior leadership must face public accountability for the following actions:

PCSO Rachael St John Mosse: Falsely stated she logged my criminal evidence . The official EvidenceCentral link was technically pre-set to throw size-limit errors to block my videos from hitting local screens. She emailed thanking me for uploads while the case was left closed and unreviewed.

Inspector Shay Harper: Went silent for two months and failed to provide any updates on my formal supervisor complaints. I explicitly placed command on notice that my landlord, The Guinness Partnership and Local Counsellor, were actively trying to cover up the abuse.

Inspector Harper ignored my explicit instructions and instead held unauthorised back-channel communications with those exact housing managers to align corporate stories.

PC Lee Newton: Manually entered the force system to delete and purge my historical 2025 criminal log. Because I insisted that my fresh 2026 complaint be routed to an external force due to a local conflict of interest, PC Newton deleted the old record to try and stop me from reporting the 3rd report of harassment and intimidation report.

The Professional Standards Department (PSD): Rushed to issue a local closure notice the exact millisecond these tracking contradictions were exposed on paper, proving they are also compromised.

Questions for Senior Leadership:
Does this force maintain that if a resident is subjected to an individual of a different profile persistently parking in their designated space, fabricating false allegations about children, and executing a repeating course of verbal abuse, hate crime and fire exit blockades by two neighbours, it is a "mere dispute" under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997? If this was repeated against a family member of a senior officer, would you close their file and brush it under the carpet?

Have you refused to investigate simply because I am different? The public can now see exactly how this organisation operates.

Laughed at me after a suicide attempt. The police are a joke.

I've requested many times for the return of my belongings you'd taken from me back in 2021. You keep them bro, that's what bent civil servants do TVP power trip over nothing, its no longer contempt its outright hatred and miss trust modern Britain has for you folk. Individuals known locally for involvement in bicycle theft are frequently observed hanging around the bicycle parking facilities outside Tesco and Sainsbury's in Headington. While active theft at these exact racks may not be directly observed in every instance, the continuous presence of these individuals naturally creates concern for residents leaving bicycles unattended.

Details regarding this persistent loitering, including photographic evidence of the individuals present, have been submitted to Thames Valley Police. Despite these submissions, there has been no visible increase in preventative patrols or monitoring around these shop entrances.

A visible police presence or clear feedback from Thames Valley Police on how reports of loitering near vulnerable cycle parking are handled would help reassure the local community.

I wish to make a formal complaint regarding my treatment by officers from Banbury Police on Sunday night while I was travelling to work at Wilderness Festival.

I was stopped by two young officers who alleged that I had been driving erratically. The first officer appeared anxious and immediately began accusing me of driving erratically without giving me an opportunity to explain. I was asked to take a roadside breath test, which I did, and I passed.

The second officer then looked around my vehicle and asked whether I had previously been involved in an accident. I answered honestly that I had. Without any further explanation or questioning, he informed me that I was under arrest on suspicion of drug driving. I was shocked by this, as no reason was given for reaching that conclusion. The two officers did not appear to be communicating effectively with one another throughout the encounter.

The officers noticed that I was wearing security wristbands for Wilderness Festival and recorded my wristband number, which identified me as a member of the security team working at the event. I explained that I was due to start my shift within the hour and asked if they would speak to my supervisor, but they refused.

I was told that I had to accompany them to the police station because the drug test could only be carried out there and not at the roadside. I understood that once the test had been completed, I would be free to leave and return to work.

At the station, I found the officers’ conduct to be unprofessional. A female officer spoke to me in a raised voice, and I reminded her that, as a police officer, she should treat members of the public with respect and professionalism. I expected to be treated with dignity.

After providing the drug test, I was not released. Instead, I was kept at the police station until the following morning. I repeatedly asked why I was being detained but did not receive a satisfactory explanation. I also requested legal representation, and I felt that I had to persist before this right was properly acknowledged.

Throughout my detention, I found the attitude of the arresting officers, the female officer, and the custody sergeant to be dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. As someone who works in the security industry, I understand the importance of treating people fairly, respectfully, and professionally. In my opinion, the standard of conduct I experienced fell well below what I would expect from police officers.

As a direct result of being detained overnight, I was unable to work my scheduled shift at Wilderness Festival and suffered financial loss. The incident also caused me significant distress.

I would like this matter to be fully investigated. In particular, I would like an explanation of:

* The grounds for my arrest on suspicion of drug driving.
* Why I was not released after the drug test had been completed.
* Why my requests for information and legal representation were not dealt with promptly.
* Whether the conduct of the officers involved met the professional standards expected of police officers.

I look forward to receiving your response and the outcome of your investigation.

It’s a great shame that the Inspector of
Constabulary’s does not read the Trust pilot reviews.

They are in general appalling, however this is just not a problem with Thames
Valley police, but a National problem
In which very little is being done.
Money and resources are a problem
But the structure, and the way departments operate, still come from poor Management.
When forces like Thames Valley rely on
Community support officers, something

thames valley are a waste of time, charged me after threatning the person who had keyed my whole car, and said video of him couldnt be used becaus you only saw back of him even though hes the only young white guy in my block of flats

After nearly 3 years this police force say not enough evidence after my brother robbed my mother of £80k from her bank account, disgusting provided Thames valley police bank statements of what he did to them and told no evidence even Barclays Bank told us this is fraud. Disgraceful

Had an anti social incident with one of my neighbours. i went on the Thames website and they replied within 2 day Tom PC2873 and a week later they visited the neighbour and myself. I was very happy with the time scale considering how busy they must be.

I have never in my life come across a person or people who habitually lie on such an enormous scale. They should be held to an infinitely higher standard than the general public but it seems they all have some form of diplomatic immunity and are given such privileges not only by higher ups but also by the judiciary. They are quickly reaching or I would argue have already reached the point of no return and have eroded the public's trust to such an extent. They fabricate to the extreme and back each other up no matter how massively wrong they are. They cannot even accurately record information, the easiest and perhaps most important part of their job! I despise criminality but will always have a niggling doubt at the back of my mind whenever these people are involved. Corrupt and deceitful bullies with a chip on their shoulder from their school days. This is an issue that has perniciously seeped in over the past 20 years. It is incompatible with society when the police are held to a lower standard than the general public. The bar of police accountability is already on the floor and they still continuously fail! They have reached the point of no return and we should all be extremely worried. The police force consistently recruits a certain calibre of person, and it is not the virtuous one.

I have made several reports about a dangerous tenant in a shared house, waving knives aggressively, harassing me other tenants and keeping people awake all night. Seriously disturbed individual.

This specific review is for the lying and dangerous man named Alex Glover who wrote a false statement to help me be prosecuted while my mother was losing her ability to speak from dementia. He accused me of having murdered my mother.

PC Alex Glover, you lied on a written statement, you know what you did, you are a criminal and you do not deserve the job of police officer as you displayed narcissistic attitude.

Called to report an elderly man that seemed to be very confused and lost. I was told there is nothing that could be done unless I find him and keep him whilst calling 999. They where not even bothered about a description of the man or where it was I saw him.

I witnessed Thames Valley Police Force in action at Windsor today while they were protecting a military guards parade. The armed team were highly professional, providing an excellent visual deterant. The mainstream police officers were smart and respectful. Delighted to see the teams in action. I am proud of our British Police; however, I do wish they were given additional powers commensurate to that of their European colleagues. Well done guys.
