I had the worst experience of my life working in the ICT department. The so called manager was nothing but racist, micro managing control freak. I think he has mental issues. The so called team leader, what a joke. Both have no clue what they are doing. Bunch of racists in disguise thinking people can’t see it. I’m 10 steps ahead of you fools and saw it not long after starting. Best thing I did was to get the fck out of there. Such a shame as they give a bad reputation to the other good departments. Some really nice, good people in other departments.

I attended Slough Police Station to report intimidating behaviour by my neighbour.
The experience left me feeling dismissed, belittled, and unsupported, and it has had a negative impact on trust in the police force.

At reception, the staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and sarcastic. When I explained why I wanted to speak to a police officer, he responded with, "And what has he done wrong?" in a dismissive manner.
This immediately made me feel that my concerns were not being taken seriously.

Later that summer, l attended an appointment at Slough Police Station and spoke to a police officer named Sophia and her manner was cold and robotic, and throughout the interaction she avoided eye contact and at one point she looked angry
Towards me and at one point turning her face towards the wall while I was speaking. This made me feel uncomfortable and devalued.
When I explained my neighbour's inappropriate behaviour, she responded by saying, "Everyone pervs on each other”.

I found this comment deeply upsetting and inappropriate, and I still feel angry when I recall it. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, I felt they were minimised and dismissed.
She advised me to avoid eye contact with him if I felt awkward. I felt like she was trying to make me feel like the guilty culprit.

the police officer stated that she would speak to him. However, no such action was taken.
I later realised that this was untrue. If the matter was outside her remit, I believe this should have been communicated honestly.

All I ask for is if an officer would have a word with my neighbour regarding his behaviour.
Overall, I was treated as though I was an inconvenience rather than someone seeking help.

At that time I was not very assertive and did not feel able to make a formal complaint. I have carried this experience with me for many years, and it has significantly damaged my trust in the police force.

My friend went to slough police station regarding a similar issue and she was treated with respect and empathy.

The purpose of writing this is not to be spiteful, but to honestly express how this experience made me feel and the lasting impact it has had.

Interesting they don’t allow 0 stars! Using the word “stupid” or “stupidity” is now classed as offensive to the police! These petulant fools are allowing endless crime, with no consequences! Hence why the country and law abiding citizens suffer greatly, and criminals continue to cause such devastating damage! TVP should be changed to SWWP. Aka Spineless, weak, woke and petulant.

I have had three incidents of assault where I was a victim, all three incidents were from black/ Asian ethnic minority groups. Each time TVP have either not responded to a 999 call. The latest they attended, told me that looking at my injuries and the fact I was strangled the assult would be dealt with seriously, and they would not except the response of self defence on the offenders side however after waiting three weeks with no arrest (giving the offender time to come up with an excuse) they were invited in for interview and TVP then stated I was the aggressor & I started the incident because I pushed a women (not hard) away from me as she was in my face (as taught by a self defence instructor) they are now looking at prostituting me for the incident and the injuries she insinuated I caused her (likely caused by her partner was dragging her off me and was aggressive to get her off!) my gut is telling me they sided with the other person because she was not white! They put out a request for witnesses but failed to put anything in the area which it happened it was not till I got the centre to put out emails and posters that people came forward! I had to do all the work! I was told to leave the investigation to them but the could not investigate their way out of a paper bag let alone on any case! It’s pathetic the officers are rude and demeaning!

Each and every time the police have come after me for petty things once taking me to court for something I had not done and the magistrates threw it out as there was not proof it was me, wasting the courts time!
This force’s corruption is a to deeply engrained and there is no fixing it! I will never trust the police again let alone call or talk to them. They have time and time again broken my trust! All police are rotten to the core!

This has been the most disappointing and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a police service. I was the victim of an incident where I was insulted, sworn at, subjected to racist remarks, and physically pushed by another person. I reported the matter to the police and even provided dash cam footage , both video and audio , clearly showing the individual acting aggressively and angrily towards me.

Despite this clear evidence, I was later informed that the incident did not require any investigation. I was genuinely shocked to hear that such behaviour could be considered acceptable or “normal.”

During the process, Officer Perks, who handled my report, appeared visibly uninterested and unhelpful. His dismissive attitude, including sighing and showing impatience throughout the interaction, made me feel as though I was wasting his time by reporting a legitimate issue.

However, on another occasion, I posted a warning in a community group about a person who had been manipulative, dangerous, and repeatedly asking others for money , simply to alert people to stay cautious. To my astonishment, the police spent seven months exchanging emails between me and that person to arrange a “community resolution.” I was absolutely shocked by this.

So, in other words, it seems acceptable to be insulted, sworn at, racially abused, and physically pushed without consequence ,yet warning others about a potentially harmful individual results in months of police involvement and a formal resolution process.

I am utterly disgusted and disheartened by the priorities and inefficiency of this so-called police service. It feels like a complete waste of public money and of my time trying to contact them for genuine concerns.

TVP are aware that an individual has official documentation in alias details with no evidence of a name change that is not legal and they do nothing. Despite this person being named as someone else on police file, has numerous different aliases that are not even similar to each other and several different dob’s still they do nothing.

They are also aware of flight and security risk as marker was put up at airports yet the person got into the U.K. and they don’t know how and still do nothing. This individual has basically been allowed to break the law all over the place whereby the police acknowledge that this individual has also provided the police with false information regarding their identity that is not legal and they do nothing.

They seem to have a bias towards the individual. Do they understand that this is a security risk that puts everyone in danger? I’d love some answers as something is definitely not right. Despite the person having documentation stating details , if that isn’t who they’re named as on file then the person can eventually just tell the police later on that they are the named person on file. What an absolute joke of a mess. It’s almost like the individual is protected as they always get away with everything and nfa despite evidence

I also have evidence that tvp have stated that they cannot positively confirm the identity of the individual and they seem to think it’s ok. Here’s an idea INTERPOL CHECKS as nobody lies about who they are like this unless they are evading something. There is also nothing to say that official documents haven’t been obtained with fraudulent details or documents.

If nothing is done about this individual I will be ensuring that the chief of police hears of this and also provide all evidence that I have. GBNEWS would have an absolute field day if they were to know of this situation. This individual could of at some point come here on small boat and threw his documents in the sea then started using someone else’s details that is no longer in the country,

Fact is the individual could be anyone evading serious crime in the U.K. and other countries. It’s basic logic to do INTERPOL CHECKS on finger prints and facial recognition as there is more than justified reasoning to warrant the checks. Or maybe it’s just easier to sweep everything underneath the carpet so nobody can he held accountable for the fact I’ve told police for years that the individual is not who they say they are and it’s just been ignored. Possible terrorist and they just ignore, ignore, ignore.

TVP leave innocent people feeling vulnerable and extremely upset knowing that there is an individual roaming the streets that could be anyone, a very sad state of affairs as it’s blatant gross negligence. Continuously fail to serve and protect the victims. I’m sure the police have not even seen evidence of a birth certificate for this individual, in fact I can guarantee it as they have even failed to provide it in court alongside evidence or duel citizenship certificate, evidence of a British citizenship certificate. No evidence of attending a citizenship test or invitation to attend a citizenship ceremony.

What a complete and utter shambles. I wonder if the police are aware that the individual has also been impersonating a nurse on the nmc register that is their cousin with coincidentally the same name, now suspended evidently using cousins details. HELLO it’s so obvious, you don’t need to be Sherlock to work this one out.

The individual also has a file with immigration so evidently not a citizen in the U.K. the fact he has different details on police file would mean immigration wouldn’t be able to trace a police file proving extremely beneficial for the individual.

INTERPOL CHECKS DEFINITELY WARRANTED TO KEEP THE PUBLIC SAFE,ALSO TO ENSURE JUSTICE FOR POSSIBLE VICTIMS!!!!!!!WHAT ARE THE POLICE WAITING FOR???????? THE MIND BOGGLES!!!!!!!!!!

A complaint was faulsly layed against me and when I spoke with them they seemed to realise the "woman" (stupid little girl) was clearly unstable with her accusation, the screen shots of the foul language and words of abuse proof I provided proved this.
However it took them over 6 months to get back to me and follow through with their promise to get my property back from her.
When the situation escalated with her threat of going to them, I called them and informed that the cops may be around to talk (not wanting her kid to scared or anything), I suggested she also take the item in question to the cops untampered and damaged as evidence which I was told she did.

I then informed the cops not to give the item back as it did not belong to her, they gave it back to her anyway.

They gave no updates, no information, did not return property back to the rightful person.

When I was updated the cop called me at my work and accused me approaching the GIRL (real woman don't act like this) in the supermarket, which I didn't, I wad at work.
I tried telling cop Hanz that I didn't and couldn't have (lead alone twice) as I was still at work during the time. My friend had done it but I was basically expected to control other people's actions while I'm not around them.

You know who you are and just know that your senseless accusation has not held me back in the slightest.
Not having a narcissistic and toxic friend has done me a world of good.
I should have ended things the day a threat against me with gang members.
Oh well, we live and we learn, and I learned that people that make blind and emotional accusations are not the ones we need in our life.

A station which is not open at the advertised times. No way of gaining access. A tel without instructions on it which only goes to the main switchboard anyway. Anyone would think you did not wish to be contacted!

I would give 0 star if I could.
As a former employee, I regret to express my negative experience with TVP. My time there was a year and a half and I believe it was the worst I have ever worked in. The management, particularly, was extremely unprofessional. His behaviour was characterised by racist and discrimination. The team leader was also the worst I have come across in my working life. The team was poorly managed and I endured significant bullying and discrimination. I was particularly affected by the manager’s insensitive comments following the loss of my child. If you are considering working with TVP, I would advise caution as your mental well-being could be significantly impacted.

To the Manager and Team Leader, I hope you take this to heart. Your conduct is a disgrace to the police force and you should be ashamed. You do not embody the values of the organisation and your actions are deeply troubling.

The response is exactly the reason why nothing changes and more and more people leave negative reviews, because you fail to take accountability for your wrong doings.
I am not the type to spend time leaving reviews etc but I had to make an exception for this place.

Where do I start? I reported 3 crimes, one was a s*xual crime against me, I was told I was stupid and 'let it happen' I was threatened and accosted and the tv police told me there was nothing they could do. Then worst of all I was falsely arrested twice, never questioned about anything, never allowed a solicitor and was not cautioned. They sat me in a cell for many hours before just releasing me. I was harmed, bruised and given no water nor food. The Thames Valley police act criminally and against the law

Very poor experience on contacting Thames Valley Police about a verbal assault. Despite the fact that they reminded me that by British law I could report the incident, they did nothing to assist me in doing so. Extremely disappointing.

Thames Valley Police and Victim First are a total joke and scam.

After the attack a year ago, doing their investigation myself and providing all the info to arrest the criminals, they have done nothing, give excuses and not bother at all.

They passed the case from one to another and they leave the criminals get away even though they know who they are.

Everyone should report them to the IOPC and my complaint is on the way.

If there was a zero or a minus five I would give that.there is not a second word after useless that describes them without swearing.they are lower than the drug dealing,thieving ,corrupt,lowlife that are on our streets,some foreign and some English.you get burgled with crystal clear cctv footage and witnesses and nothing happens,they are more interested in fake lying stories that breaks up a family home at 10 pm at night when the children have just been back to school for the first day!! Over the top police attendance and totally inconsiderate and lack of respect for everyone,guess they can’t solve real crimes as the people who are guilty are their grasses and all gets swept under the table! They also pick on motorists,easy target,spending us tax payers money sat in speed camera vans and pulling over innocent people instead of the known drug dealers in cars and runners on stupid electric bikes.Thames valley police still owe me compensation personally,they are a law of their own.it is beyond a joke,as said previously you are better off taking the law into your own hands!!

Corrupt scum just like everyone else around here. Bring in the army - they couldnt be corrupt as well - could they? Or maybe theyre lazy or just dont give a s..t or all of the above, but Thames Valley Police are a waste of time. I would suggest taking matters into your own hands but you will find they are suprisingly fast and efficient when it comes to punishng the innocent. These people are no different than those you are told to call the police 'on', and so call them - and you stand to double your trouble. Why do we keep them? and it's worse than there being no police at all because at least then one could deal with things in their own way without being arrested for it.

I was attacked after a road rage incident , I had dash cam footage of the assailant,and reported the incident. the TVP sent the prosecution documents to the wrong Address and now can't prosecute because of breach of process !!! I have zero faith in them now .

They lied to protect someone who stalked me involving fear of violence on 27.11.2024 and 16.07.2024. The worst police force in the country. Lazy and ineffective. They do not do their due diligence or investigate Properly and instead end up arresting innocent people for crimes they could not possibly have commited just to pretend they are a police force. I bet they spend more time persueing "hate" crimes on social media than real crimes.

If I could give minus stars I would:
TVP have shown me nothing other than discrimination, corruption, spreading of false information, wrongful arrests and the list goes on: this police force has continued to ignore domestic abuse reports, burglaries and drug dealers. I have been subjected to the worst kind of harassment and abuse by the police officers and I’m not talking about one or two- 90% of them are all Guinea pigs for the bigger bosses. They ignore any concerns raised and do not take ANY complaints seriously even with evidence in front of them: I am sickened by this police force and would like them to take action to prevent corruption with gangs and weapons

PC Nicholas GENT based in Amersham police station is one of the most corrupt so called police officer I have ever encountered and I have encountered a many. After giving misleading statements to courts and thinking he is a qualified healthcare professional physically abused and provided bogus claims to stop my vehicle with no evidence to back up his bogus claims. After infringing on my rights and refusing legal advice GENT arrested me with handcuffs tied behind my back in a very painful tight hold even though I was no threat nor have any history of being a threat to police. GENT did not allow a seatbealt whilst I was imprisoned in the back of his vehicle I complained of a history of severe back pains but fell on deaf ears. I pleaded to loosen the handcuffs which he refused as I was not going anywhere whilst imprisoned in the back of his car. GENT drove me from highwycombe to Reading whilst i was in painful position with no seatbelt and very tight painful handcuffs. GENT's racial profiling and unlawful behaviour and assault caused me physical harm aswell as harming my mental health as I suffer from severe anxiety and depression. GENT refused me access to medication. GENT tried to facilitate a miscarriage of justice on many occasions. GENT has made misleading statements resulting in a court summons which he sent to a different address which I have never resided causing a warrant to be issued for my arrest. A complete tyrant very unprofessional and discriminatory. His actions and assaults have lasting deteimental effect on my physical and mental wellbeing. I am awaiting bodycam footage so I can upload on YouTube and take the case further but have yet to recieve despite requesting over 2 months ago. GENT did not study my driving to back up his claims I pulled over as soon as he put on his sirens and got out of my vehicle to approach him which is when he tried every tactic to try incriminate me with false claims with no grounds. I hope he one day gets treated the same. This racist dishonest corrupt tyrant of a officer in my belief is a danger to the public especially minorities and should not hold this position of power which he abuses.
