Excellent fabric at a reasonable price…
Excellent fabric at a reasonable price but my first experience of this company was spoiled by the take-it-or-leave-it attitude of customer services. I could have saved money if I had waited for a few days before ordering but was not given this information. Looking at other reviews this has irked at least one other customer before.

We are pleased to hear that you were happy with your fabric but were sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the customer service you received.
We do run offers and promotions during the year on our fabrics and do run these for a period of time to enable our customers to take full advantage of them. The fabric you purchased had been reduced as it had been discontinued. You placed your order outside of a promotion period but after speaking with our customer service team were offered an additional discount on your order as a gesture of goodwill.
We are an independent family run business and we run offers and promotion as our budget allows.
We value our customers reviews and we are sorry that you felt that the customer service you received was not to the standard you expected on this occasion.

Fabric arrived super speedily, and has been much admired. Also, when I forgot to add something I needed to my order, and ordered it separately, I contacted the Millshop and they refunded the postage on the second item, agreeing to send them in the same parcel. Would buy from this company again
Happy with the service provided. I asked a question via ‘chat’ prior to making a purchase, and received a knowledgeable email back. My order of curtain blackout lining was also delivered on a roll which meant it didn’t get creased during transport. It is just a shame that this business no longer appears to have a physical shop.

Ordering samples is the best way to see if a fabric works for the project you have in mind and the larger half metre samples give you a much better idea of how the fabric will work in a room and still being enough to make a cushion with.

The website has great pictures, making choosing the fabric much easier. After ordering a few samples I could double-check the colours before settling on something to make a lampshade and cushions with.

Fabric-Genie and Website Security
Experience of the Millshop Online has been good. I was so happy with the results from my use of Fabric-Genie using AI to design my own fabric. I am sure I will use one of them when, I'm ready to make my curtains. Just one thing I would point out is that the website is coming up as a 'high risk' of security breaches on my anti-virus sofware. I'm sure the Millshop Online will want to rectify this as soon as possible - perhaps by updating their security certificates.
