Ordered over the weekend out of office hours. However, made sure I only ordered items shown as in stock. Had the goods delivered to my home address by Tuesday morning. Excellent service. Kept informed when order picked and despatched. All good.

Very efficient service at great price
The Outpost had the specific items I was looking for in stock and at a very competitive price. Being able to have free delivery was a bonus and the items arrived very quickly even though it was over a bank holiday weekend. Packaging was of a good standard and it arrived undamaged. Very efficient service all round. Many thanks.

Customer service
Had some issues with the manufacturer of the item I ordered (duplicate/ missing parts). Dealt with Sasha from customer support and was kept updated at all times. Sasha went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Customer service like this is rare these days so I’m always happy to highlight this. A pity that other, larger companies don’t follow this. Top marks from me!
