Very happy - excellent value

Bought some lizardy looking models for my husband from our daughter for father's day. I found what I was looking for at a decent price, with fast postage at a reasonable cost. The item arrived on time, well packaged, no damage, as described and the box was shrink wrapped. Overall an excellent online buying experience. I'm sure he'll be delighted that it's not socks! I would definitely buy from the outpost again.

I was lucky enough to buy a couple 151 Booster Bundles from the Outpost. Communication was great about delivery time and tracking number, and the Booster Bundles arrived in great condition.

Super quick delivery and loved the additional email to tell me it’s been sent with a tracking number 100% ordering again

Needed to make a change to the delivery address and was done before sending out to the wrong place, was done with a simple email.

I bought an item, then quickly changed my mind and canceled the order. Next day I got a message to say it had been despatched. 3 days later I got an email to say my order has been cancelled and refunded. All good in this case as I had changed my mind, but it does mean that the item was in fact not despatched when they said it was.

Pre order of magic cards cancelled 2 weeks before release despite being ordered in Febuary . Terrible service.

I had an absolutely brilliant experience with the outpost, both with their Reload scheme offering a very reasonable price for my excess Warhammer and then ordering some new stuff to build! Their customer service was incredible when Royal Mail misdelivered my parcel and I fully intend to shop here again. If I'm ever in Sheffield in person, I'll be certain to drop in!

Great company I had one brush a kolinsky it had a slightly bent tip during transit I gave them a photo and they sent me a new one the following day I’ll never get a brush from another company again 5 stars thank you to the outpost team for a great service

Great experience buying this item from The Oupost. Easily able to select what I wanted and pre-order it when it went live. Delivered to my door the day it was released. They helped me to change the details on my order after Google pay messed up the address, and sent me confirmation of this. Best price for the miniatures online too.

Items have not delivered yet, despite paying for delivery, ordered on 08/05/25. It arrived out the scope of the time frame after being delivered to the wrong depo. This resulted in the parcel not being delivered on Saturday as expected but arrived late Monday afternoon.
