Gerry Heap prepared a written Advice on liability and quantum which very much helped getting a tricky case settled. He was was on hand to speak about the case both before and after his Advice and was, as always, very attentive and clear.

Before the hearing we communicated with Counsel and she was very helpful and concise when replying to our client's queries and concerns. Our client also informed us that the Counsel was brilliant and very professional at the hearing and put him at ease by explaining her strategy and the possible outcome of the case in simple terms before the Hearing commenced. The issue was of nuisance and boundary.
This was a very bad experience for me a disabled elderly female.
The credited mediator was not properly prepared, set out on a path that one glove fits all and lost sight of what a mediator's role should be and as a direct result advanced an already bad situation to date and should and did not advise this matter was not suitable for mediation.
