Bought my wedding band from here 2 years ago. The band has completely split in half right where the diamonds stop on both sides. It's white gold.
Emailed them and had no reply. Contact number doesnt connect and website is down.. They claim to offer lifetime guarantee but not sure how that works when you cant contact them.
Dont buy from this company!

TLDR: Product as described, but communication is poor.

I ordered a ring on 07/01/26, and it arrived on 10/02/26. This delay is was not a problem for me as I ordered with enough time to be patient. The website mentions a 10-14 day delivery time, so they missed these targets by a significant margin. It took three emails to receive a response regarding the estimated delivery date. When I finally got a reply, the order arrived around the date provided.

The product arrived in an envelope without any documentation, branding, cover letter, or compliments slip, which is sustainable, I suppose.

Having read other reviews while awaiting my order and checked Companies House, it seems like this company has changed hands recently. Preferring to see the best in people, I believe the new owner is trying to pick up where the previous owners left off while making improvements. My timing in ordering during this period of change was probably unfortunate. If I return next year, I’m sure the situation will have improved, and the reviews will be back to all 5 stars.

I definitely don’t think the company is a scam; it just comes across as amateurish and cost-cutting, likely due to the low cost of the products. However, the company could try to polish their communication and presentation slightly better. If my order had indicated a 1-month delivery before I ordered, I would have felt much more at ease and less frustrated.

In conclusion, while my experience was less than ideal, I believe the company is in a transitional phase. With improvements in communication and presentation, I am optimistic about their future and would consider ordering from them again.

I have used this company years ago and was happy so I ordered another ring, THEN did I read the recent reviews and yes, you've guessed, the ring has not arrived and my emails and contact form have gone unanswered. I do not expect to receive the ring, I have had to open a Paypal dispute. Avoid this company

"I placed an order for some rings with this company and since then, I have attempted to contact the company via their WhatsApp, email, and phone line multiple times to confirm the status of my order. Unfortunately, the phone lines appear to be disconnected and my messages have gone completely unanswered. Having seen other recent reviews and the overdue status of their filings on Companies House, I am extremely concerned about the status of my order and the current legitimacy of the business.

If the company is still trading, I would appreciate an immediate update on my order status or a full refund. Failing this I will be initiating a dispute with my bank due to the total lack of communication and filing a report with action fraud.

I have sent proof that I returned a ring and it was received on the 21/11/25, I was advised via phone call on the 3/12/25 they would review and process the refund the next day (04/12/25) it is now the 10/12/25 and nothing has been received. All further messages have been ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Returned a ring 2 weeks ago and can see it was delivered next day. Received no communications on when I’ll be getting a refund, despite WhatsApping and emailing twice. DO NOT order from this company.

Ordered a ring on 21st November. Other than an order acknowledgement and a status update, no response to email and phone lines taken down. Low confidence of a good result and I'd recommend avoiding.

Ordered a bracelet 3 weeks ago. Took money but haven't received the bracelet. I have rang multiple times I have WhatsApp messaged and emailed and had no reply from anyone. Do not order from this company

I placed an order on the 17th and have heard nothing back, I've tried calling but the lines don't work, I've sent two messages using their customer service form but still nothing. I think I've been done...Avoid using this company.

I got my order in the end, the owner was very apologetic BUT he offered me £100 gift card to not cancel my order. I accepted but never received anything. I kept my order and it was as described but the sizing was a little off, my partner was sized up at a Jeweller to be ring size Q but what I received was a little loose and not as good as a fit as another ring that was bought from a Jeweller at that size.

Overall I wouldn't use this business again or recommend them.

Not sure whats up with this company, likely a scam. I placed an order yesterday and the first red flags were the order confirmation emails went straight to my spam folder.

Following this I noticed I'd accidentally selected yes to the ring sizer, I contacted them via their contact form asking if they could adjust this and also how long delivery is as I couldn't find any information about this.

On thier website it states: 'As an internet business we will endeavour to answer any emails, text or WhatsSapp message within 24 hours.'

As it's an anniversary present I want to find out what's going on, especially considering I've just spent £1200+

I've just tried calling the number on their website and it doesn't ring, just says 'the number isn't connecting calls right now'. Major red flags to me that I can't get through to anyone, I tried to contact via WhatsApp and social media with no luck of getting in touch with anyone so I've opened a case with PayPal to cancel the order. Terribly ran if this isn't a scam.

RESPONSE:
I've waited all day for an email from yourselves, clearly just bs. I would appreciate a refund, you have ruined a very special anniversary gift and now I'm probably going to have to wait to reorder, whenever this is sorted by PayPal, as you won't just refund me like I've asked. I advise anyone reading this to avoid this company.

Ordered some earring for my wife last month. Received an email notification acknowledging my order then haven’t heard a word since. No update. Don’t answer message. Total waste of time really I will take my business elsewhere and not deal with this amateur company.

Further update despite the promises below this message they would contact me next day. Still nothing I can see the owners resigned and someone new is in place. As it is. I've opened a dispute via PayPal to get my money back. Shockingly bad customer service. I think they have gone bust

Great quality and cheaper than most for my husbands wedding ring. We have ordered from here before for both our wedding rings and when husband lost his we came straight back to order another. Delivery time was great and no issues with ordering.

Ordered wedding rings. Bit sceptical ordering online but the price was so much better than the high street so we took a chance. And glad we did. Took the full 2 weeks to come after ordering but still arrived within the estimated timescale. Lovely rings, just what we were expecting.
