First class customer service received from start to finish.
I ordered the wrong size wedding ring for my husband, with 2 weeks to go and a bank holiday weekend in amongst I was panicking we wouldn't have a ring in time. However, after speaking with Mary she immediately ordered the new ring to be sent direct from the manufacturer. She kept me up to date and informed and nothing was too much trouble. It arrived with 2 days to spare.
Mary was calm, reassuring and super efficient. Best of the all the rings are perfect!

I ordered a platinum court engraved wedding ring from here, and I am really happy with how it turned out. The delivery did take quite a while, but still within the time they stated. The ring was also delivered through secure delivery and the communication throughout was good.

Ordered a Platinum wedding ring with a ring sizer. the sizer arrived in the post about 2 days later. Once I confirmed my size over email, the ring was manufactured and sent. I received the ring within about 2 weeks from sending the sizing email and couldn't be happier with my purchase. It is exactly what I was after and at a price of about half of what the high street shops were charging. 5/5 Would highly recommend

Amazing price and great customer service
I was drawn to this company due to their extremely competitive price and variety of wedding rings all with customisable options. Upon ordering the ring I received regular updates and delivery was quick. The ring was exactly as described and I'm very happy with the product. My only criticism would be the packaging of the ring, as it just came in a fabric pouch. I would have expected a ring box for a precious metal ring.

Ordered a new Platinum engraved wedding ring for my 25th Anniversary. Hubby presenting it to me at the same venue and time we married in the next few weeks, so the replacement ring will mean just as much.

Top quality platinum wedding ring.
Top quality platinum wedding ring and such good value compared to high street prices.
I purchased a flat court ring as a replacement for my original wedding ring (which had to be cut off when I broke my finger). It wasn't a perfect match, so I returned it for a complete quibble-free refund, and re-ordered a soft court ring. The second ring was perfect, and I'm delighted with it.
I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
