We didn't open the headboard immediately as we were waiting for the decorators to finish. When we did install it I noticed the vertical padded strips were all different widths. I sent photos with a tape measure showing the up to 2cm difference to demonstrate and was told I could return it for a refund or have a replacement under their 5 year warranty. I opted for a refund as I didn't trust a replacement would be any better. Their carriers wanted to collect on a Sunday anytime between 7am-6pm. We said that was unacceptable and Monday-Friday any time was fine. The carriers insisted it had to be a Sunday so we packed up the headboard and left it by the front door sending The Bed Supermarket photos. To be fair the refund arrived speedily after that but we would have preferred the headboard to have been made properly.

The team were fantastic. They were so helpful and not for the first time. I have bought a bed from them before and up to now 3 mattresses . I have been a bit of a pain about the delivery of my most recent purchase. They were very patient and even took the mattress back until I was ready ! (Long story but I was having work done at the house). I would not buy from anyone else. Thank you for a great service.

My disabled 73 year old friend ordered a bed paid full price over £800 cash was assured on the day nothing to worry about delivery etc and that everything would be done
On day of delivery which was on time delivery was dropped in house all still wrapped and not assembled and it was left to his friends to assemble bed headboard etc and remove all packaging
When phoned to complain person wasn’t interested
Will certainly not use again or recommend to friends and family and would use another local company to go now the meaning of customer service

After spending over £700 on two beds and being charged delivery you would expect them to take the rubbish away. The beds, the service was good but saying they are not allowed to take rubbish is stupid. Now left with massive plastic bags and cardboard.

Ordered the bed Wednesday arrived Thursday morning. Fast replies and very reliable! I am super chuffed with my new bed !!

Had my bed delivered today. Fab service from walking in the shop, price of the bed, communication throughout, delivery and the quality of the bed.

Bought a double bed on 10/06/2019 customer service was excellent.
Got a call within 7 days to advise the bed was ready to be delivered on the Wednesday. Bed was delivered first thing in the morning assembled very quickly. The guys at The bed Superstore are totally professional and the service from start to finish was amazing. Will use again and will make sure everyone knowns how good they are
