The diet plans are a con don't waste your money
They claim to be personalised, but it was anything but. It was just a bunch of recipes from their cooking books which I already had and it looks like they stole the training plans of bodybuilding.com. Once you've paid they have zero communication with you and emails take days to get a response if you have any issues. This is an absolute con.
