From looking at their dormant social media etc, I was questioning whether The Bookyard was still operating the business, but as of early 2026 they certainly still are. Received my latest order quickly and very well packaged.

I ordered multiple parts for a project on 21st August and paid for 24 hour delivery, 9 days later and my order is still on hold and I have received no communication from them at all.
I am currently trying to figure out how to get a refund but it seems to be impossible as there's no way to cancel the order.

Cannot recommend enough. Prompt no fuss ordering and delivery. Easy to deal with and quality parts.

Recently purchased an Apple 500gb SSD from the Bookyard and I must say that they provided an Apple Original part. The SSD works wonderfully and is fully compatible with bootcamp. Very happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased an Imac27" reconditioned unit, from where is not relevant here. Silly me set it up, got it configured and running, all for a week and half but I live in storage defecit accomodation so the box had gone. Now of course I need a box to send it back. The vendor wouldnt allow me to deliver it or send a courier to collect. So a box for an Imac doesn't grow on trees. well maybe they do but it matters not, The Bookyard, sell good quality box complete with an amazing packing system inside which can be tailored to fit your particular Imac...Next day ( morning ) delivered, said machine in it, courier sorted out and it will be winging it's way back to them. IF it were not so new ( to me that is ) I would on the basis of this experience sent it into these guys. Lesson here is dont throw boxes away unless you just, like me , have no room

An old G3 Power mac packed in after I was assigned to recover old tracks from it. Thankfully, I found Thebookyard. I was surprised at how easy it was to arrange collection on their website. I was also surprised at how affordable the cost was which included diagnostic and fix.

All I had to do was pack the Mac in a box for it would be collected.

After it was fixed, the G3 was returned, and that was that. If only all services were this great.

Originally purchased a refurbished iMac 21.5 inch 2017 from a different Apple Reseller. The condition of the unit was advertised as standard. I was quite appalled with the amount of scratches on the display. Only one was more noticeable on the dark frame. After searching for a company to supply me the screen, I found one called The Bookyard. Spoke to a nice gentleman called Ryan who was very helpful, friendly and professional throughout. Obtaining a 'Grade A' condition was going to be very difficult but he managed to source one for me which was amazing. Arrived to collect the part which was carefully packaged and later replaced the screen. I can't honestly express how much I was delighted and exceeded my expectations. The quality is almost light and day compared to the original screen. I will definitely purchase parts from them in the future and want to thank Ryan personally for his outstanding service.

I've benn looking for quite some time for replacement parts for my old MAC and finally found The BookYard. They had what I needed at a good price (what a pity that when ordering from outside the UK, customs expenses took a good part of the savings).
There was a small problem with the order and the communication was smooth, fast and professional. They sent me the part again free of charge. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic Company. Had an issue with the iMac failing to load the latest OS for the 2011 21.5 inch machine as Apple insisted on Lion which is no longer supported. This company provided a Flash Drive with the OS on board on it.

A company that does it 100% right! I honestly can't think of one bit of 'constructive criticism', I honestly can't think of one change I'd like to see. Perfect.
If you've ever bought a part from eBay you'll know the hope that it's the correct part and that it works properly. Not a feeling you get with The Bookyard. It IS the correct part and it WILL work properly.

I am so impressed by and grateful for the Bookyard - they just saved me £300! Apple quoted me £400 to fix my mac, and the Bookyard managed to figure out what was wrong with it and fix it for £99. So pleased. I'll absolutely go back for any future issues and would definitely recommend to anyone with Apple products issues. Super quick turnaround and wonderful costumer service.

Needed a replacement key for Mac usb keyboard, very pleased to find thebookyard.com were able to provide it. A few pounds for a refurbed key rather than a new keyboard.

I brought a replacement iPhone from them and after a month or so, an issue appeared sadly. After calling them about the problem, they couldn't have been more helpful !
Usually with certain companies, you expect to hear the blame game and try to avoid doing anything to help.
But on the contrary The Bookyard Ltd., went the extra mile for me.
I can definitely recommend them.

Great experience buying a keycap for Macbook Pro. It came from UK to US and took about a week and a half through International Standard mail. The keycap itself came packaged well in a plastic shell to protect from damage. It worked out perfectly once installed.

Absolutely brilliant! Guys from TheBookYard are reliable like Japanese trains - you always get your items on time. I will definitely continue to trading with them as it is just a pure pleasure to do so. Master class, keep it up!
