Brilliant personal service experience via phone and email from making an initial enquiry, advice on correct product - underfloor heat mat and underlay boards in my case as well as easy to place an order via the site.
Would use this company again and recommend to anyone looking for underfloor heating products.

Top notch compmay
Really good communication and delivery. Pricing is very competitive also. I was searching for a small batch of insulation for my utility room and many of the rival companies have a minimum order or ridiculous delivery costs (which is fine if you are ordering 100m2+, but for a small job is uneconomical).
Underfloor Megastore are now my de facto stop for all insulation needs 🤗

Easy to order informative descrition, the 150w heating mat which we had ordered as a kit was out of stock but we recieved a phone call and text to say that they would up grade the mat to a 200w free of charge, everything was i the box and the items arrived very quick

Great customer service
Great customer service. I emailed on a Saturday and Rob sent me a quote on Sunday. I call during the week to ask some technical questions and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. The kit was reasonable priced too.
I would definitely recommend them and use them again 100%
