Had a bit of a an issue getting in touch with them .but as soon as Steve saw my messages he has been absolutely more than professional getting this problem resolved. . He has kept me updated and all in all that level of care in customer service will definitely keep me coming back .. here we have an individual that values there business. And like us all . Ordered blueberry muffin smalls Thursday arrived following day , 28g for 30 quid bargin , honest review the flower looks like cheap grade smalls .... however the taste is all there and is a nice clean smoke with good effects (better than some top grade ive had) ,the look of the Buds don't do the flower justice! I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality.

I made an order on the 28th of June for some flower. Didn’t turn up after 2-3 weeks so I made a ticket. Was told it would be sent the next working day (which was Monday) so I waited. 2 Weeks after that, still nothing came so I made another ticket stating nothing has coke & was told it would be sent tracked the next day. It’s now the 14th of August & i’ve received nothing so far, other than a couple emails stating it would be sent. Never had this problem before with these guys but who knows what’s going on.

(I did get my money Back eventuality. There was an issue with supplier) All was resolved!

I placed 2 orders over 1 month ago. I part came, but the CBD oil still has not arrived. I have chased this up several times now. Steve contacted me once over a week ago and said he would chase it up, but I still have not heard anything.

Placed abit of an impulse order with them, Which through no fault of their own got lost in the RM network, sometimes parcels fall threw the cracks.

Contact made but as the original product was sold out I was offered a replacement but with it being an impulse purchase and nothing else I especially fancied asked if I could be refunded and was fully within about 10 minutes, shipping costs too.

Friendly folk.

First order didn't arrive ( Royal mail, is not great these days). Replacement order was sent and arrived within 3 days. Always helpful? I will always use and recommend this company.

Failed to read an email requesting to cancel an order and on top of that sent flowers when I ordered hash.
