Looked on Truspilot before ordering from this retailer, ordered my Switch2, next day got a courtesy email followed by my detailed invoice, great comms and great service so far. Sold out elsewhere but the Chelsea Gamer came to the rescue, would recomend highly.

Really helpful did a pre order got a email telling me when they would be in touch and they did ring, they was very helpful, would definitely use again

The game I ordered came so quickly it was ridiculous how efficient and great these guys were I would of rated it 10 stars if I could

Delivered pre order bang on time on release date . Recommend this company

I have made a few orders over the years with TCG and everytime has always been very positive.
I was searching recently for a few hard to find switch games and they had them in stock at a good price and while delivery said it'd take about 5 days my order arrived within 2 days which is great.
I even received some posters and some preorder items with my order that I wasn't expecting but was a pleasent surprise.

Definitely my go to place for ordering games online.
Always been great service and prices with a good selection of harder to find games that are usually sold out everywhere else but they also stock a lot of newer titles and preorders as well so just generally a great place to get your physical games.
Definitely will be buying all my Switch 2 games from you guys.

Thanks very much 😀 👍

Great first time buying experience!

Will use again.

Simple ordering. Excellent delivery time. Great price

I was abit worried at first as I’ve never heard of the website before and it was the only one in the uk with the item I wanted. 100% recommend, well packaged and posted the same day. Great seller and I will be returning, thank you!
