Two tries, two failed payments thru their website. Money was taken from my bank account. If they're on hold, then that's fine - I'll get them back after 7 days. If this is true, their payment vendor is simply atrocious. All my details were fine and after confirming payment I got a message: "The Authorisation has been rejected by the Vendor due to insufficient authentication. Please try a different card." Authentication method/type and details are THE SAME as everywhere else where I'm buying something.

EDIT: After getting a fantastic support from a gentleman working there I got my money back faster thanks to the provided documents that were accepted by my bank. That being said, I wasn't able to make a purchase at the end. I was given a choice to use PayPal, but I never use them. Second option was a bank transfer but I was asked to provide a scan of my ID as well (?!). I would never do that and no one ever should! I'm not buying a gun in United States, but a game from UK. I never heard about a requirement of providing ID to buy a game when making a bank transfer, anywhere in the world. I was told that it's because of the security reasons. There's absolutely no excuse for asking about something like this. Well, I'm leaving you to think if this is even reasonable to send your ID to a non-financial private company, to buy a simple video game.

P.S. That game was the only missing one for my collection. This is the only shop that has/had it as a brand new, sealed and an English copy. I was really fighting for it making two tries of payment, but with the same result. I'll probably never get it anywhere else anymore and this hurts the most.

I ordered xbox bundle and cannot fault TCG. Spot on with communications and delivery was good and I was well informed every step of the delivery which was a relief with buying a high priced item. Defo recommend and will return as a customer :)
