Very slow never known something take so long to sort out

Clear communication and not overloaded with information or too many emails

They are very thorough and they keep me updated but the actual legal system is very set up for the big company offenders. They ok with them taking the money of us but when they find out the company has made an error we have to wait and jump through loads of legal jargon.

You people are very professional and keep all your clients fully informed, I’m continually getting bombarded with other companies claiming they are working on my behalf, I find your monthly round ups informative and helpful in rejecting bogus companies trying to steal my information, thank you

Feels like it’s been years since my initial registration. Just get random updates saying they’re working on it with no proof of anything they’ve done… just being dragged out for no reason it seems

Seems to be taking so long to finalise my claim don't understand why. Have I still got a claim or not that's all I need to know.

After the promises of refunds I find that years later all i see is emails telling me the same thing, I have very little hope that I will ever see anything coming out of this.

I am constantly recieving updates which are comprehensive in the actions that are being taken towards a positive outcome.

All of your updates are confusing and you have repeatedly asked for ID at early stages. You didnt respond to my direct enquiry for a meaningful update. The onoy reason this is not 1 star is that you send some info fairly regularly but its totally generic. Dissapointing service
