The tea towels I had printed were fine for what they were.

The cotton is good quality.

I would have preferred a product that covered the entire towel but that wasn't available, so there is a window in the centre, with a wide white margin. I knew that when purchasing, so I am satisfied with what I got, though it wasn't really what I wanted and I I will be looking for better options.

For a quick limited order as a test run, these were fine. Though the AI editing I asked for (my fault) did blur the adjusted images somewhat.

But the team were helpful and responsive and handled my order quickly.

So overall I am satisfied but not delighted

I have purchased two sacks and had my beautiful furbabies photos put onto them. My boys passed away and I needed something to put their belongings in. This was the perfect thing. All their little coats, leads, bowls, toothbrushes, everything of them now stored in a bag made just for them. The staff are so kind and you actually feel like you are emailing a friend. I am very grateful to them x

I honestly can't praise this company enough. I ordered bags from them and then decided to have some bags printed. My order wasnt huge but still the customer support offered by all involved was next level and Ruth in sales deserves a special shout out for her quick helpful replies and problem solving when I wanted to slightly complicate matters. They made me feel like I was a valued large customer despite the small order and the bags when they arrived were superbly printed and great quality.

Marcus and Steph at The Clever baggers went above and beyond to turn around a very niche printing project for me in a very quick turnaround.
From my initial call with Steph re the artwork about if it could be done, through to getting everything to them, proof approval and getting it back to me, communication was superb throughout.

Ordered a personalised tea towel for my daughter's wedding anniversary at fairly short notice. The staff were very helpful throughout the process and were able to turn the order around in time for the anniversary date (which was on the tea towel!).

I have used this company a handful of times and have always had no issue until now. I placed an order just under a month ago, which I received very quickly-thank you. However life happened and I didn’t get the opportunity to open my parcel to check it straight away. I opened the parcel yesterday to note that one item was missing. I phoned customer services who told me to send an email, as I had stated that their “contact us” page was not working and was not afforded the opportunity to deal with my query over the phone. Today I have been told that because I didn’t open the item within 24 hours there is nothing they can do. I’m talking 1 item which I now have to purchase at an expense that is unnecessary. I have been a continued purchaser with this company as a small business. I don’t think that that would have been my response to one of my customers at all!
