Rashid was awesome — his energy and guidance made the learning powerful and practical

Business Success Principles was the exact training I needed to learn how to have a successful coaching business. It is truly phenomenal.

I've finally come down from the thrill and excitement I experienced last week at ICI's Coaching Success. My mind is still buzzing from going from self-awareness to the Meta Dynamics Profiling Tool to the Critical Alignment Model and Meta Values, with everything in between.
Facilitated by Rashid, a wealth of experience and knowledge, who nurtured and supported us along the way to a brilliant four days that went in a flash. Thank you so much, ICI, Rashid, the team, and the guest presenters. Just fantastic. An experience not to be missed.

This training was wonderful - Rashid has given me the confidence, and provided such great insight into how the Meta Dynamics Profiling Tool and Meta Values elicitation process and hierarchy of values can provide the coaching plan, and how all the frames work together for the best outcomes for our clients. I can't wait to get started!

Wow the four days of MDPT with Rashida has blown my mind with the profile tool, the chunking process but loved the real coaching sessions with those who were in the room. Thank you Rashida and ICI for creating a safe space, transforming minds and giving so much more as we move forward in this amazing pathway.

The training at ICI is always encouraging and safe space to grow and expand, even more than that it is setting us up for success in between. Thank you

Wow what an amazing 4 days of training, Rashid is a master in coaching and this level of MD training is absolutely phenomenal, it will take you and your understanding to a whole new level.
The community within our "class" were so supportive, welcoming and loving.
I would have to say it has been the best 4 days of learning I have ever had.

This was the training that set me up for the next step, the actual step to create a solid evidence-based coaching business. Personally, it's deepened my curiosity into my people's map, clients, friends, and family alike. This has made me realize how far I've come; I am seeing more of me than even before. I can sit with discomfort and allow all my parts to be heard. I am so grateful that I have fellow students that are as equally passionate about growing a coaching business; I don't have to do it again.

Have just completed Meta 1 Coaching Success at International Coaching Institute and wow what a week. It's been transformational and now I'm confident in able to do a fantastic values unpack with all clients that want one done.

Meta 1 Coaching Success is the next level to dive deep into the deeper layers as a coach to give the most alignment impact for their lives. I have grown so much and also enjoyed doing it again, it is so insightful for growth on all levels of coaching.

A life changing 4 days training with a lot of resources to help us become successful coaches.
Rashid's energy, passion, deep knowledge of the subject matter as well as his generous spirit contributed to making this training a very valuable and successful one.

I'll never see values in the same way again after this training. Such a great depth of training to enable me to have a very deep understanding about the client and create profound transformational change that will impact every aspect of their lives.

Yet another amazing training event with Rashid and Remi Pearson of the International Coaching Institute. Jam-packed with practical applications for the coaching professional, including systems for success in business with research and evidence-informed frames and models to serve your coaching clients at the highest level. This standard of coaching education can create transformational change and lifelong impact for the coaches themselves and everyone they work with.

Feedback – Meta Dynamics Level 1 Training
I came into this training with a solid foundation in coaching, but I left with a genuinely shifted perspective. The standout moment was the MD Values Unpack. It sounds deceptively simple, but working through it was a completely different experience. It fundamentally changed how I understand values; not as a checklist a client rattles off, but as a dynamic, living system that shapes everything they do. The insight didn't just land intellectually; it landed in the body, which is exactly the kind of learning that actually sticks. I'm asking different questions, listening at a different level, and holding values conversations with a depth and precision I didn't have before walking into that room. The content was rich and well-structured, the facilitation created a warm, safe, and genuinely engaged learning environment, and everything taught was immediately applicable. No fluff, no filler; just substance you can use. If you're a coach serious about doing deep, meaningful work with clients, this training belongs on your list.

Amazing Community s much potential as a coach the variety of ways to use the profile tool and values with clients is amazing blends so well together.Meet wonderful people build friendships

What an amazing few days. I have gained such valuable information that I can take to my clients, providing them with the questions to improve their lives and help them aim for their goals.

The level of training provided by ICI is world class! My continuing development as a coach is really life-changing! I would encourage anyone looking at coaching as a pathway needs to have a conversation or attend a free training.

I had an amazing two days of learning with Rashid and the ICI community about Inner Work. It was a valuable and inspiring experience. It helped me to recognise my different parts and understand how I can continue developing my capacity and competence. I’m very grateful for the support, insights, and encouragement from Rashid and everyone in the community. Thank you all! 🙏✨

It was great connecting others while learning about our parts
