never recieved my item....no one responds to anything...

Bought 2 thermos flasks and the item arrived within 2 day.

Product didn't arrive at all. No one responds to emails, their phone number doesn't work, their web contact form doesn't order. I had to get on to my bank to get my funds back. It's a total scam.

Sent me the incorrect item and have subsequently ignored me. I don't have any idea where to send the item to and I am now stuck with an item I don't want. I am in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards for breaching the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (online UK traders are required by law to offer a remedy in situations such as this). DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered the Exploding Kittens board game on 7th December and it has still not arrived (12th feb). I will now report to the bank as fraudulent to recover my money. Terrible company, terrible service, do not buy anything from them.

Scam company!

I purchased a board game from this company on the 3rd of Jan. Didn't receive my order within 10 days. Not even a confirmation e-mail. Asked them about it, and they said that the item was sent out first-class and been tracked. They apologised and said they'd send a replacement out. That was 3 weeks ago. Do not trust the positive reviews here. Probably written by staff or friends! The 1-star reviews all have a similar story, so save yourself the money and buy your stuff from elsewhere. I have reported them to Action Fraud so hopefully they will be blacklisted and the scumbag(s) behind this scam caught!

KEEP AWAY scammers bought a thermos flask never delivered first email responded and say they will check with courier. Nothing since start of sep and no replys to emails or refund received

This company is a scam. The goods I ordered were faulty and unable to contact to return. I agree with other reviews avoid at all cost.

I bought a thermos flask from this company and they have not delivered it and they're not responding to my messages. They do not have a contact number and so I now assume that this company is fake!

Paid for a thermos flask many weeks ago and have not received anything. No phone number available for this company. They are not responding to my e-mails.
Looking at other people’s reviews, it seems that this is a total con. They seem to place excellent reviews themselves to offset the really terrible reviews being placed.
Buyer beware. Avoid this company as it is a total con.
I’ll have to buy another thermos from Argos, as I have no expectation of anything being delivered. These people have stolen from me

Conned me out of £70.

Placed the order, paid for the insured delivery and received a knock off tent of the one I originally ordered. I sent them a message on Facebook and they promised to refund the £70 plus delivery once they received the item back with a prepaid postage stamp they'd send. Obviously that never came and they've not responded since, avoid at all costs.

When I saw this site it looked authentic offering discounts and good service. My order although apparently tracked never arrived. After numerous emails and promises from them that I would get a refund nothing was sent to me. They are still trading offering great products and discounts. Their customer service is atrocious and I'm totally disgusted.

Overall a pretty terrible company with shoddy service

Hmmmmm...

Ordered 2 yoga mats of same type (but different colour), got what seemed like 2 different yoga mat types, but quality was ok for price, so left I just stuck with them.

HOWEVER, after one mat started to degrade after limited use I tried to contact them many times over several months, and am STILL WAITING for any response 3 months after the last message.

I would really steer clear of these guys.

A rip off. I give this company zero stars. I only clicked on the one star because otherwise I couldn't post a review. I never received my order even though the tracking number says it was delivered. I have sent 3 emails but no one has replied. When I post a message on the online chat, I always receive a reply that no one is available. And there is no phone number to call. But of course my credit card was charged. Once this company received payment, it no longer cares about its customers.

still waiting for my refund

I ordered an item in April and payment was taken however the item was never received. I have tried several times to make contact and they ignore the emails and no explanation! Under no circumstances should anyone use this company...Scam artists!

I placed an order on the 5th July for a baby carrier. I have emailed about 5 times now and no avail. They did say they would refund if I didn't get it by the time I needed it which has now passed. I just can't make contact with them. Do not Use
I will definitely never use again.
