If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional company. Please do not believe any of the 5 star reviews on here they are fake, as you can tell all very similar in wording.
I ordered a child’s hiking backpack 8 weeks ago. It was almost £100 and at the checkout it ensured fast delivery of between 5-10 working days. My money was taken the next day and I received an email to say my item had been dispatched. 3 weeks later I hadn’t received my item so I sent them an email. No reply. So I sent them a Facebook message. No reply. So I tried phoning them but the number they provide does not work. I then began to get worried, after sending a 3rd email to them I finally got a response. Very generic and unprofessional email with my tracking number on it. This number gave me no information about my parcel other than it’s delayed. I then got in touch with them again and days later received a response to say they’d look into it, they never did. 5 weeks had now passed by and I was very annoyed after still receiving no contact, I asked for a full refund. I received another unprofessional email back to say I would get my refund shortly (no time frame given) 2 weeks later I still hadn’t received my refund. I got in touch with them last week to say if I didn’t receive my refund within the next few days I would be taking it further. That seemed to have worked and I finally received my money back yesterday. Horrific experience from start to finish, wanted the back pack for a Father’s Day gift so was even more disappointed. Do not use this company!

Really bad services. They sent me the wrong product and they forced to return it. I paid for the postage as they gave me a fake postal letter. Unbelievably unprofessional. Definitely not recommended.

Much cheaper item sent. No response to e-mails, calls, facebook messages (though they maintain a presence). Am awaiting a Paypal investigation.

I ordered a Fitbit watch strap on the 4th May and still haven’t received it. Sent numerous emails, messages etc but haven’t even had the decency to reply. DO NOT order from them.

I ordered a yoga mat 6 weeks ago and paid for express delivery. I waited 2 weeks for it to arrive, only to find out it was not what I had ordered and parts of the order were missing. I contacted The Happy Tourists by email and have not had a reply. I have sent over 5 emails and not had a response. I paid £35 for a mat and straps... and have received a mat with no straps and also the mat is not the one I ordered either! It certainly isn't a mat with the £35 price tag!

Shocking customer service! I have been totally shortchanged and sent a substandard product with parts of my order missing! I have waited long enough for The Happy tourists to respond. This is completely unacceptable.

I specifically didn't place my order with Amazon as to support a small business! Shocking service and sub bystander product!

I have being left waiting for almost two months now they never wrote to tell me That my parcel was returned to them due to it being over the height and weight Restriction. I wrote to them a few times the last time I still haven't gotten a reply. I no longer want the parcel I just my money returned to me. I’ve never had trouble ordering on line like I have with this website.

Very long delivery time. Product did not live up to expectations. Nothing like the promotion that got me interested. I suppose I got what I paid for. Lesson learnt!

Ordered exercise mat on 25 March.
With fast & free delivery it arrived on 14 April. Mat was damaged, contacted customer services and was told new mat would be sent in 7 days.
Checked on the 28th of April with customer services and apparently it had been "already shipped".
Understand there are delays with the current situation but still no replacement and it's 2 months later. Also nobody answering my messages. Very disappointed.

I placed my order 1st May and although i have had 2 emails to rate them I am yet to receive my order. I have emailed 3 times to query when i could expect delivery, had one reply blaming covid situation but never got a response asking if they actually had the stock and if not to please refund me. Eventually had an email 18th May with Royal Mail tracking number but not able to track it until it arrives which seems a bit pointless.
Order was meant to be a present for my sons birthday on 13th May.

One star for returning my money. COVID-19 or not. After two weeks the item was not shipped.

Like many others on here, my money was taken for my order of 15mm thick excercise mat, and 19 days later have had no mat and no response to my emails. I have had two further emails from them asking me to review them, so here you are. I am about to report them to Action Fraud and would encourage anyone else who has fallen foul of this company to do the same actionfraud.police.uk (put www in front)
If you read the reviews on Google and Trustpilot, it is interesting that the ‘good’ ones are identical, word for word...... They need to be stopped.
PS Since writing this I have received an email saying it appears to have got lost in the post and they are resending asap - not holding my breath. Interesting to see on the Action Fraud site that there is a HUGE number of businesses registered at the same London address.....

Very pleased with watch, it took several days to work out the blood pressure on the watch, instructions were not very clear for me I then looked on YouTube and then worked it out.
Would highly recommend

My daughter was really struggling in a tiny flat with a new love of jigsaws. She is so happy with her new board and I’m happy with how quickly it arrived - albeit I paid extra for that.
