The Headboard Workshop Opiniones

The website was very informative and made choosing the right headboard, bed, and ottoman extremely easy. Communication, both by e-mail and telephone, with the company was excellent. The bed arrived when it was due and the assembly team did a very good job installing the bed in situ. I can't recommend this company highly enough and will definitely be ordering more from them in the future.

The Headboard Workshop produce high quality, beautifully made, headboards. It is a pleasure to deal with them and they are very efficient and never disappoint.

Fantastic quality headboard, really pleased with it and very easy, helpful delivery. Thank you!

We ordered a bed in our own fabric. I wanted the Mousa headboard as a bed and this wasn’t a problem for them. The whole process was really simple. I got great advice from Katrina about fabric lengths and choices. Always quick replies to queries. It was simple to get fabric from the supplier to headboard workshop. They made the bed quickly and it was assembled for us. I’ve used headboard workshop before and will again.
The bed is so comfortable. Spot on!

THW worked with me on my awkward time frame for making the order up and delivering within a short space of time. The product is lovely, well made and (as yet unused) looks to be a very comfortable sleep for our guests. I would wholeheartedly recommend them again. I had the trundle bed.

Good communication. Excellent final product made using material supplied by us. Fitted by polite and efficient delivery team. Outstanding service all round.
Highly recommended.

Found the Headboard workshop through Google. Excellent choices, fabric samples came quicky. Placed an order for a king size headboard, was kept informed of progress of my order. Delivery was prompt and efficient. Thank you !!

Expensive yes! Gone up substantially from 6yrs ago but quality yes! As it’s a one off purchase I decided to go ahead and very happy with my headboard

I am really surprised at how great this company deals with people. I bought a headboard and mattress.

The team especially Katrina and Emma provided the best help, they were polite and very knowledgeable.

The headboard is out of this world, it Is so beautiful, craftsmanship is beyond belief.

I cannot recommend this company anymore than I have. Exceptional.

This a truly exceptional company both to deal with and the headboard is truly beautiful.

The help and support they gave me throughout was excellent. They advised on piping materials and sent samples.

A first class experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

Due to our sloping ceiling in our loft room we needed a bespoke king size headboard. We found Sheryl very helpful sending additional samples after I took photos of the blinds. We selected the Taransay Headboard / Carmonix 120 peppermint and it's turned out beautifully and clearly well made. It was more than I expected to pay but we were really pleased with the result hence I still mark them the 5 stars.

We wanted an ottoman that matched our headboard we'd ordered a few years prior. As soon as I contacted the guys at The Headboard Workshop they were in touch immediately and helped out all the way. Not only is their customer service really good but their finished product is absolutely superb!

Very pleased with our new Double Mull headboard and tailored valance from the Headboard Workshop. Excellent service throughout. Highly recommended.

I bought two double bed headboards (using my own fabric), and am happy with the service I received. They were responsive and helpful over email and provided updates that made the wait a bit easier. They were easy to install (struts) and I am very happy with the quality thus far.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new mattress from the Headboard Workshop. We are sleeping so much better. Its not just a one off, as we have bought several beds and mattresses from them and they are all excellent and the service is brilliant. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Beautiful headboard, well made and delivered quickly, even taking into account the Christmas period.
Sound advice given re the dimensions, fabric and fixings.
Overall a very good experience and a satisfied customer.

Great craftmanship, delivered with care and professionalism - amazing service from start to finish.

We decided to treat ourselves to an early Christmas present of a really good headboard with our choice of design and material. The quality, finish and design of the Eriskay headboard in flat velvet mushroom is excellent - a real joy to lean and gaze upon. We are delighted and have no reservations in recommending The Headboard Workshop if you want something special.

There are lots of places to buy a headboard, but we found this clever website which gave us lots of choice and a neat way to choose our options. We requested some swatches which came quickly and then placed the order. All good and really what you'd expect anyway. Then a day later we wanted to change the order slightly, and the team at The Headboard Workshop couldn't have been more helpful, not just in changing the order but suggesting options we hadn't thought of and making sure everything was just right. They kept us informed when the materials were in and our headboards were being made, and were told when it was ready to be delivered and handed over to a delivery company who delivered promptly and then took away all the packaging. The headboards are just fabulous - beautiful and solid and comfortable, and reasonably priced for bespoke items. It shows just how good it can be. It felt like we'd made a special purchase. Really, a big thank you and well done to the team at The Headboard Workshop.

I have just received my second headboard from The Headboard Workshop. The service, craftsmanship and quality is top notch. I have nothing but praise for this company. Everything from the help with the design process to the delivery service all the way to Sweden was perfect.
